I placed a door dash order for an egg platter and had difficulty adding the smores dessert bar (which is delicious by the way) to my order. I called the restaurant about my issue and they were so understanding. When I received my order, the food was hot and delicious and I was so happy to see the smores bar in the bag. It was exactly what I needed on a busy day in the hospital. I was so pleased with the order so I ordered the same meal on my next shift and the platter was still delicious so kudos for consistency.
Truffle fries were delish!!! Some of the food was okay, but some of their desert bars tasted like sand!!! They advertise their Bar Sampler as having 6 of the most popular flavors but then they gave me the almond bar??? no way in HELL is that one of the most popular flavors. 3 stars from me.

I’ve been getting food from here for a few years now, and can honestly say I haven’t had a bad dish. Favorites have probably been their broccoli crunch salad, drunken eggplant parm, cheese fries, and their breakfast egg and cheese sandwich. Pick up can sometime take a little longer than the time that’s given, but food is always worth it.
Food poisoning. I wanted to try their vegan options. Ordered fries and 2 vegan mac and cheese empanadas. It was just warm not freshly cooked (fries looked awful), Maybe because it was late night, still not an excuse. I’m pretty sure the place isn’t bad, I just don’t wish to have this experience again. Glad I got this out of my system, at least physically:))
Came here with family for lunch. The food was really fresh and tasty. The chicken sandwiches were to die for. My daughter had the fish and chips which was fried just right. The cod was flaky and crispy. The truffle fries ?!!!
Yummy but only realized when I got back that they gave me the wrong item, eggplant Parmesan on normal bread instead of drunken chicken Parmesan on gluten free bread so rip my wheat allergy. Ended up being charged +$5 for chicken and gluten free when I didn’t get those items.
Multiple times I’ve been here I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for simply a breakfast sandwich. Even when there is no line. It’s unacceptable. Do better.
I had the roast beef sandwich this time. That Pat Lafrieda meat is delicious, the roll was fresh and the sauce and cheese complimented the meat well.
Finally decided to try Fritz's for the first time, and let me tell you, we were FLOORED. I had the grilled cheese, and it was the best one I've ever had in my life. My husband had the drunken chicken parm sandwich, and we couldn't believe the thick, real cut of chicken on it. We were expecting a typical take-out thin chicken cutlet. It was all SO good. The truffle fries were delicious and a very large portion. We're already excited for our next order!
