We had a great time and food was so good. Nice Atmosphere.
Service was leisurely. I ordered the sliced steak sandwick and requested the meat be cooked RARE. The waited said that could be done. The meat was charred and barely edible. The roll of the sandwich was nothing special, and I didn't bother to eat it. My husband's dinner, the grilled vegetairan, was somewhat better, the best part being the black beans and white rice. The room was very loud and conversation was difficult. Doubt we will return.
Maybe less tables out on the dance floor after 11, allowing more space for so many people
Very nice latino restaurant to celebrate parties. We had planned for farewell to our neighbor and turned out to be well.Pros:1. Variety of drinks, wines, spirits.2. Place to dance on the floor.3. Staffs cheer up for birthday babies with flash lights.4. Bring your own cakes to celebrate.5. Food arrives to the table pretty quick.Cons:1. Slightly expensive. Not a big deal2. Need advanced reservation and still expect wait time. Worth the wait.3. Loud Music. Noisy environment. If you’re looking for noiseless ambient place, then this is not it.
The Pollo de allows entree was fantastic! The tast brought me back home to the Caribbean with seasoned, flavorful food. The entertainment was top notch with the legendary tap dancer, Omar Edwards, dazzling the audience with his dynamic, awe-inspiring footwork!
We were seated right away but it took a few minutes to be greeted by our waitress. The waitress always seemed to be in a rush although the dining room was not packed. Not taking the time to be friendly and then rushing off without giving us a minute to finish with our inquiries. The food was edible at best. For starters we ordered the Guacamole and Ham Croquets. The Guac was good but the serving size was literally 3oz. The Guac comes with an assortment of chips which basically swallowed up the very small 3oz container in the center of the plate. You don't expect to pay $10 for two spoonful's of Guacamole. The Croquets were tasty but not homemade by any means. We ordered the Picadillo and Churrasco for our main dishes. The Picadillo was quite bland and disappointing. The serving sizes were on the main dish were plenty. the Churrasco was delicious no complaints on that dish and again serving sizes were plenty. We ordered the Trees Leche and two Cappuccino's. the desert was tasty but the Cappuccino's were watered down. We would not recommend this restaurant. In this day and age with the cost to eat out you expect to get what you pay for and in this place you don't.
We ate early at 5:45pm on a weeknight before a show at NBPAC, so the place was fairly empty. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. A few minor issues however, like one of the appetizers didn’t come until at least 10 min after the other 3, and the server was never around because she was always helping a large group somewhere else, so we had to always ask others for help. The great food made up for all of that and we would recommend the restaurant. It is more of a lounge atmosphere on weekends with entertainment.
This restaurant serves delicious Latin food. They have a wide variety of choices. The service is excellent and the space is large and comfortable. Their vegetable soup is superb and don’t miss the Argentinian skirt steak!
I feel as though the food is expensive for the poor quality and portioning. Drinks were amazing but We felt not welcomed at all. I love all kinds of food so to feel as if I wasn’t suppose to be there was very offensive and I will not be coming back.
Food and service was ok.
