Small town feel... Big time in customer service
They keep the old donuts until sold !I remember the days when the company ran many of the locations & baked fresh on location 3 times a day .I guess corporate doesnt care as long as the franchise pays there fees !

This place is perfect for a pick-me-up coffee at all hours. You forget the homeless people outside once you’ve had your first sip of cold brew. It’s so convenient right inside the station by the escalators to the platform, you don’t have to worry about missing your train- and if you do, the coffee and fritters are worth it! Love this classic Dunkin’

This review would honestly be 5 stars if the Indian looking gentleman was the one making the coffee all the time instead of the Spanish looking lady(Apologies for this explanation. I am visually impaired and go off of what I can see) that works there. I do not understand how coffee that is made with the same ingredients can taste so incredibly different. I wish the gentleman was always making the coffee.
Worst coffee I had
Sign says open at 5am but doesn't open to 6 and at 6 the doors still locked and the workers r still have doors locked they finally let me in and I can't even order food yet cause there equipment doesn't work and the staff extremely rude and lazy like I'm bothering them trying to order from there business I will travel out of my way now to avoid going here, not to mention they were coughing over all the donuts like seriously no mask during pedantic go here at your own risk
My go-to before getting on the train. Standard Dunkin fare, but very pleasant staff and quick service.
I will be back with my friends. The place has a cool atmosphere.
