The staff typically has a poor customer service attitude. When I came in one worker assisted while another sat there and coughed, did Not cover her mouth (NASTY) and did not have a mask on. They need to improve how they interact with customers and either wear a mask or DO NOT COUGH AND NOT COVER YOUR MOUTH. i normally do not go to this location anymore because of the poor service.
I went here today in the morning and me and I order a cold brew with cold foam but I said specifically I wanted it with cream and sugar I didn’t want black and my friend heard me tell het that and the employee was so rude when I told her I didn’t order that she started screaming at me saying I was specific enough let me find you that I’m 13 and she’s screaming at a teenager. I was humiliated and I left from that place and once I left she said I wasn’t specific enough because when I got to school my friend asked my other friend who was there if she said anything and she said that the employee said that once we left she said we weren’t specific. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get screamed at. She was a Hispanic woman with blond hair. I hate this place so much very rude and the employees have a big attitude

The place is really appealing and up to date l. The staff had a hard time hearing me and I wasn't sure if it was because of the mask, plastic guard or a language barrier. I couldn't hear the cashier as well, I had to repeatedly my order three times. I wanted nitro brew. Some places only serve small and some places will have a medium option. I asked the guy to give me the biggest size order I can get of this coffee. He grabbed one cup started making the order and I was told by another person I couldn't get this size. When I got it it was fine but the staff should've have been more knowledgeable of products. Otherwise happy with my order and experience

It's ok. They gave me a boston cream donut in a paper bag and all of the chocolate frosting got stuck in the bag... They gotta teach staff how to handle donuts... Otherwise the coffee was good.
