The service was fine, the employees respectful and courtesy but when I asked for a cup of water they said I had to buy a bottle. I just spent over $20 and can't get a cup of water, I would graceful ask that they review that policy.
Terrible customer service especially the west Indian woman treats people like criminals. Treats homeless customer completely sub human like they're not even people I had to get up and walk out because I couldn't watch the way she was treating a customer who bought a coffee but she wanted him to drink it outside. Totally uncalled for she's sub human should learn some compassion
Bad service, I asked for a medium frozen Coffee and they gave me a small one. I make the claim but they insist that the employee register a small one. but since they do not give a receipt I could not continue claiming. don't be fooled by the employees, ask for your receipt. they never give receipt.
I asked for iced coffee with milk and they put almond milk without telling me. Please tell your customers if you’re out of regular milk so they can order something else; I personally don’t like almond milk so total waste
I ask for a bagel but easy on the cream cheese and this is what I got! And it was burn .. I know I said easy but this??? Woooowwww
Horrible customer service. Went in for a tea. Had to go to ladies room first. Maria - staff starts yelling you need to order first. Who takes food that they’ve ordered into a public restroom with them? Got on line to order and she starts screaming don’t get an attitude with me that’s the policy of Dunkin’ Donuts. Really? Totally unacceptable behavior.
In person service is ok but they NEVER follow online or uber eats orders correctly!! Twice now I have ordered a half dozen donuts with the type of donuts specified and BOTH TIMES I received not a single correct donut out of the six! Read your orders and take the 10 seconds necessary to actually get it right!

Upon entry into the store there was no line and I approached the counter which had two cashiers. I went to the right and the young lady just looked at me and looked over at her coworker. I went to him and he was extremely pleasant. However, I noticed that she greeted every other customer with a huge , welcoming smile.?
Very quick service. Very affordable. Convenient location and I forgot to mention great service. Keep it up!
