I’ve been a customer for many years and I’m so disappointed in the quality of the food the past 3 times I ordered. I received my food within 20 min of placing the order bc it’s on the same street and the fries were cold and stale. Not ordering from this place anymore.
This location is pretty small compared to the Princeton one, so it was kind of awkward to order food and wait around for it. The service was plenty quick for my order of poutine. Fries pretty good and all, just bit disappointed with the curds and gravy they used... the flavor wasn't spot on, and the curds seemed a bit chewier than I would have liked.
I first ordered thru ubereats and loved the impossible veggie option. The burger was very good. Also had the fried oreos. First time.So this second time around, decided to order IN person. Big mistake. Their door is ridiculously heavy, I thought it was locked, and so I kept knocking and dude at the register wasnt trying to BUDGE from his spot to come open the door. No chilvary AT all! Completely rude and could've lost a customer if I walked away. That just turned me all the way off.And knowing how everyone's a super germophone now a days as far as the virus, vaccinated or not-- all establishments have the sign on pen or at least sanitizer by the register. They have NOTHING at the counter and you can clearly see all the smudges, dust and filth on the screen of the card/register machine which means he or they do NOT wipe it down as hygienicly necessary throughout the day. Disgusting !I'll go back to ordering at home IF that. They're not the only burger place in town offering veggie/vegan options
Absolutely amazing. It's definitely more expensive than Wendy's, but you're paying for quality. It's so hard to make a good cheese sauce that doesnt have that synthetic taste to it, but they've done it! I'm pretty sure they use bacon grease for their fries and maybe in the patties as well. The patties are a little small, as some other people have noted, but the prices scale accordingly. You can get a double-patty burger if you want more burger in your burger.
Food is alright but can be greasy to the point it flies through you.Rewards system was good last year but it has changed.'Rewards' take too long to obtain and how to redeem points through online order is a mystery.Previously 70 points (70 dollars spent) would allow you to get a free burger, now you need 400 points to get $10 off, even $5 off requires 150 points.Diesel franchise can't do math anymore...Ig at least the food is filling
This restaurant is highly recommended. Excellent food, superb service. Plenty of options available and we wanted to try it all. Must visit, you will not regret. The waiters are extremely friendly and inviting. We had a glad time and we will return back to try new items…
The burgers a great, but the place is closed half the time, even during there posted hours, very annoying
Good burgers good fries I’ve never had a complaint been here a few times over the years.. think that they’re honestly slept on a little. Rather go here for a burger then anywhere else in the area that’s for sure.
Over price garbage. I only come here a few times a month to treat the puppy. This time they gave me a SEASONED AND SALTED patty for my dog. Way to try and kill him. Funny how you put it as a menu item to be unsalted and you dump unused old patties on me. DO NOT SELL FOOD FOR DOGS IF YOU ARE GOING TO HURT THEM. You're lucky you were closed when I got home. Oh and I open my $8 HAMBURGER only to see a bun and a doggy patty on it. What a ripoff.
The burgers and fries here are good. It's a tad pricey but it's worth trying. I like getting their holypeño burger and cheese fries! This place is takeout only.
