One of the best restaurants in New Brunswick. No wonder it is always so crowded. But the price is totally worth it. Amazing presentation, polite and friendly service, and great food. A must have would be their warm bread pudding. The cocktails were good too. Overall a great experience.
The food is delicious the service was great!!
I would highly recommend Cuzins!!! The most amazing service, atmosphere and food!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Was there last week. Music loud Very expensive. The food was ok but not for those prices
Stopped in the restaurant for lunch and I wasn't impressed. The menu was vast, but I was surprised to see that the Fish & Chip Platter is the most expensive item for lunch. Why? Of course, I asked the waitress why and her reply was "Well, this is an upscale restaurant" and that is all she said and rolled her eyes. Really, that was condescending! Dear Manager, please help the staff understand how to address your customers. So, I ordered the Fish & Chip Platter and it was nothing special to me. It was meaty and the spices was all in the breading (which I removed). The fries were good, but cole slaw was plain and needed something. Sorry, not worth $35 for lunch. As a new restaurant, you should be upfront with your customers and let them know there is a credit card fee (2%). I totally understand why, but at least let the customers be aware of it so they can make their own choice (cash or credit).I did give the waitress a 20% tip because I know folks are struggling, but I will not be back to this restaurant for lunch. No, thank you.
Really good seafood spot. We ordered a boatload of food too and it was all good. Only downside was I waited a lifetime for my Stella, probably 15 20 minutes ngl (they had to get more, restock whatever) but other than that the food was great and the server Anthony was great too. Seafood tower, baked stuffed chicken, baked clams, oysters, seafood salad, NY strip, coconut shrimp, snapper. All good. Definitely go if you like seafood. Pricing was reasonable too
Ok so this please was so nice and clean.. First off this is the son resturant from the original one in Marlboro. For those who back track I will make a review for that one it was epic! There is meter parking but not a lot of it. They actually use a garage down the block for parking and it comes out free as long as you tell the Front Desk.Kendra D was our server and she was super polite, asked if we needed help with the menu, offered some dishes that we actually had, and over all she was so attentive!! She’s a 10/10 for sure.. She hard working we saw her taking care of the tables. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️As always lets start off with the drinks!Red Sangria- unfortunately the sangria was NOT like the Father resturant.. Kendra tried her best to get the bartender to make it better but it wasn’t that appealing.. Again to eachs own I have to give it a 4/10The Rockefeller Oysters were super delicious and huge!!! I love there food here was 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Cuzin’s Baked Clams not really my thing but was super flavorful 8/10PEI Mussels we sooooooooo good with the sauce it’s served with!!! My goodness we wanted to order another plate!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?WARNING THE FOOD PORTIONS ARE HUGE!! ?Seafood FraDiav amazing amazing amazing for pasta seafood lovers!!!! This is the most delicious dish I’ve had at these restaurants!!! ??? 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Seafood Paella let me tell you! This was not my dish and I tried it ? it was super delicious, flavor galore, saffron taste, seafood was on point.. I was so upset I didn’t get this! (Side note: I always have a bad experience with paellas and this was bomb)10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?My first time trying the Mediterranean Chicken and its to die for.. juicy chicken, creamy spinach, crunchy but super soft potatoes!!10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m not so much of a dessert person unless it’s hot cake with ice cream over it lol..But the Vanilla ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip cookies was ok ??♀️Overall definitely a place to come too.. NOT on a budget and if you are on a budget then share the food it will be enough!
The staff was friendly and my waitress was attentive . The calamari and , sea scallops were great , chicken parm.very good , flounder excellent both desserts were ok. The bread warmer burnt the bread twice and it was smoky the waiters was waving the smoke with napkins and trays .They took us down in a very small elevator and they have two rooms downstairs one had two large parties all African Americans and the other one I was in had 13 tables 11 of them was African American guest. The upstairs was packed with maybe 1 or 2 tables with African American guest.. My friend said it was a coincidence maybe or maybe not time will tell.
Delicious food and great service. We went for lunch and had a great time. The drinks are very good and the food is fresh and good. Their ice cream sandwich is to die for!! Big portions and can def have enough for the next day. The decor inside is done very well. Our waitress was really nice as well. Will def. Be back!
New Brunswick is absolutely crazy on a Saturday night. Parking was tough to get now that is another popular restaurant on the George Street/Church Street block. We were seated right away and had to wait a bit for our party to find parking. Took a while for everyone to get settled but service was good and drinks came quicker than I thought (it was packed). The restaurant is VERY noisy. If you are looking for a quiet place to eat, this ain’t it, at least on a Saturday night. The food, however, was very good. I’ve been to Cuzin’s in Marlboro numerous times. New Brunswick had a similar menu and everything, from appetizers to dessert was excellent.I would definitely go back. But not on a weekend. It was just too much of a hassle and too loud to go at a busy time. I’d definitely return on a weekday or for lunch. Had a good time just getting old. Lol.
