Left my RUID at my dorm so had to find something to eat in the student center. Decided to try Currito. Saw that they were advertising the House Salad (with chicken) on banners around the place so decided to go give it a try. This had to be the fastest salad preparation; the lady knew exactly what to do and how much to put.
I eat lunch here often. I always get the classic bowl ($6.75). I like the overall taste of the bowl. It isn't chipotle but it's good enough.
The worst. My wife just got a small burrito. Literally minutes ago. They charged her $2.00 extra for guac, which is crazy! Then she didn't realize at the time but she was cheated out of a dollar change and had to call over. Too sneaky! Not worth the trouble!
Currito only serves bowls after 8:30 at PHL terminal a! Hard workers cleaning up early so they can go home after a long day. Certainly must not be the case for hungry and stranded passengers expecting restaurants to be open until 9. The chain officially has absolutely no support from me.
There's always a quiet space you can find to sit down and read! Basement computer lab is often cold.
