Hot mess express! I love chipotle but the staff is so unfriendly and don’t know how the prepare the food!
Save yourself the headache and go eat somewhere else. Find a chain that follows the same company policy across all their chains instead of a chain that picks and chooses to implement which policy they are going to apply that day because a stick is so high up their butt. All I simply wanted to order was a quesadilla which the lady was about to make for me but the older woman refused to let her make it for me because I did not order from the app. She claimed there was a line when I was the only one in line...It doesn't take someone with a half brain to understand when to implement a policy and when to make it when every other Chipotle in Bridgewater, Hillsborough, and Chester NJ all makes them in-store whether you order from the app or not. Terrible customer service and not worth it whatsoever. All portions for all other items were also significantly less than every other Chipotle in the surrounding areas so I would take your business to a Chipotle that actually prides itself on serving the customers instead of adhering to policies that make customers have a significantly harder time.
This chipotle should have closed instead of the Starbucks next door.it is always filthy, the stations are never wiped clean and the staff just makes your food on top of crusty counters. They are always understaffed upfront, they’ll have 4-6 people in the back but only one person working the line with that same person working the register. The staff is rude, aggressive and tries to skip people in the line to priorities others by ignoring the next person standing in front of them. They are always out of items but will give you an attitude when you ask for it (I.e. chips). Worst chipotle in the area
Don't place a mobile order. It will not save you time. This Location does not know how to manage them and you will end up canceling your order out of frustration. I placed an order for 4pm. When I got there they were still trying to fulfill orders placed for 3PM and could not provide an estimated wait time. This is not the first time I have had this problem. And no it's not COVID related. This location is just not staffed well and there is no organization.
This poor Chipotle has barely any employees and the ones they do gave are overwhelmed. I watched the guy working to-go station try to roll a burrito for over 8 minutes (yes I watched the clock). There was a line of to-go customers out the door while some poor kid was struggling to make 1 order every 15 minutes. The corporation needs to pay more so the employees can actually do their jobs without being overworked and overwhelmed. I feel bad for the employees but Chipotle needs to take accountability and reduce employee turnover so they can actually retain some staff to make the food. I feel bad for the manager I watched her get berated by angry customers for 25 minutes while I waited and the poor to-go station worker got to overhear customers talking about how slow he was working, by himself.
Chipotle is just great. Don't expect to get your food quickly at peak hours at this location considering it's a college town.One time we had set our pick up time at 450 but we arrived after 530. Ours wasn't ready yet but someone who had a pickup time of 550 (we saw on their bag receipt) got theirs finished before us.On the flip side, another time I came two minutes early from my pick up window and it was already ready.So expect either side of that spectrum when picking up from this location.
How the hell do you make a salad without the lettuce barely in the salad ? Never ordering again !
We ordered 3 things 2 of 3 came messed up. The kids order came back with no chips and no drink. The bowls were 2 of the same thing they messed up one of them. The quality of service sucks now. Pay attention. I will be going to Bubbakoo’s from now on. Sucks because I used to love chipotle.
Ordered delivery for a burrito bowl with rice, black beans, sofritas, lettuce, cheese, guacamole etc and just got a bowl of guacamole. This is the second time they haven’t given me the food I paid for.
DO NOT get delivery from here, ever. Almost every order I’ve made from this Chipotle either had missing items, wrong items, someone elses order, on top of consistently taking 2X the listed time to arrive. Id be surprised if even half the order that came out this location are correct.
