Okay not a sit in an eat. It's a to go place but the food!!!!!!! It's like you are in your grandmother's kitchen in DR in the Campo! Delicious!!!!!!! Love love love the food here. Prices are great. Looks like it's a husband and wife place. Husband serves and packs and wife cooks. This is a must for rake out Dominicans fare.
Overcharged me for the seafood soup and made me wait an hour for it. Soup was decent but not worth the experience and price. Also, area is just sketchy - as a white girl had 3 guys try to hit on me and it was uncomfortable. Will not be back and don't recommend. Place also looks so dirty. 2 stars as the soup was decent.
We ordered a mofongo with chicharron and a mofongo with shrimp. The food was lukewarm and took a long time to come out. My mofongo came with a thick long black curly hair. They brought me a new mofongo (no apology). Our order total was $42. For two mofongos. And no apology.
