visit 06/05/22 the churros were really good and the fruit too but the service horrible maybe because me and my family were not of hispanic decent. It was two girl in the front one with the grey shirt is very very very rude it was my first time coming and she was very slick with everything i said. When i first walked in i said hello no response. I said it again very prominently then she responded. From then it was horrible. I had a hard time ordering because i did not know the menu and instead of listing the different options and topping she’s kept repeating which one would i like. It’s sad you can’t even try new things without people discriminating you for no reason at all. Also my sister did her own order, and spelled out her name for the order. We were sitting down waiting and they called out a completely different name. I understand things happen but the two cashiers saw us sitting their and could’ve atleast said hello this is your order, given tht they JUST took it so they know it was ours. I mean how are we supposed to respond to the wrong name being called?…all i’m saying is don’t discriminate at the end of the day you wouldn’t be a business without customers , treat them how you want to me treated.

workers are liars and it's just bad management in there, never coming here again.the girl lied about a product being changed when the owner said they didn't, who to believe? the fresas con crema was still bad and did nothing for our satisfaction. GET NEW WORKERS. my brother used to work here and everyone quit lol
So delicious!! Definitely worth it, customer service was so good and eating there was much fun!! People who rate bad are just haters lol wayy better than the other spot; Must try the fresalada !!!!
I went with my kids here and they really enjoy it but the only thing is when I went had to wait but just the menu is so appealing I wanted a little of everything ? it was so good
People gotta chill! Lines are out the door clearly is very busy. Cashier told me my wait time, its my choice from there I dont get why people are mad if they say ok? Anyways I was told 40 mins everything came out in less than 30mins, great timing Everything very tasty will come again soon
chamoyz was so good!! my friend and i tried it place out, they had amazing customer service, the lady at the register was so nice and helped us pick things out that were all so good and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful too. the vibe was so nice, the place is set up very nicely and clean and the music was great. the snacks were so so so delicious, i can’t wait to go again!
If you get the girl at the counter you are golden! So knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve gone there twice, the second time a boy help me at the counter and he totally messed up my order. The snacks are great but they do not have a bathroom with is a violation of NJ Admin code 8.24.6.6b. The snacks are good and the decor is cute, if they mess up your order they won’t take anything back or refund anything so make sure you point at a picture and are specific as possible
I decided to give this place another shot I ordered a Mangonada the first person to serve me in the counter was really nice she was a young girl with black hair and she was kind when receiving orders and dealing with other customers. Then I ordered after another item to go but this time it was a guy he was very rude compared to the girl and when I asked for when order was gonna be ready he looked at me horribly. Before leaving today I heard some gruntles between the staff and some staff looking upset I hope they are ok. I rate food good but the guy that took my second order was rude. That girl is nice though so that raises my ratings to a 3
Me and my Daughter came in for a Mangonada it was good but they were so slow just for one Mangonada me and my daughter Shared. It took an hour for me to just get my Mangonada Drink its not worth the wait . You should go to other places like Las Crazy Piñas or Cielito Lindo for your Mangonada they are much faster and they aren’t rude like some of these workers in Chamoyz. They better get their things together if they take an hour to make a drink.
