We stopped in here on a road trip and were glad to find they had some plant based options and that the server was familiar enough with the concept of “vegan” to point out options to us. We enjoyed the Tofu Teriyaki and some veg sushi, the sweet potato roll was a particular favorite. Service was excellent and food was tasty. Will be back again to try the veg dumplings!
Just got Home from picking up my order. I sat there waiting a half an hour for three separate sushi orders for three people. It was all smashed into one box with Wasabi and ginger enough for only one person and one container of soy sauce only quarter of the way filled. The little girl gave us attitude, and had an attitude with customers as I waited. The food is great, but customer service is really bad. $28 for bad customer service and not getting what u pay for
Our usual Japanese restaurant was closed on Monday so we tried Wasabi. We came in at 3:10 pm and they wouldn’t serve us the lunch menu because it ended at 3:00 pm. Ok, so we ordered off the Dinner menu. My wife ordered the Hibachi Steak and Chicken, and I ordered the Trio Sashimi dinner. I’ve never had sashimi fish that was chewy, but this was. Either it was old and frozen or of very poor quality. I tasted my wife’s steak and chicken, and they were both very chewy. Also, tasted like they were old and frozen. My stomach did not have a very satisfying feeling after walking out of there. Needless to say, I will not be eating there again.
Went on a Wednesday, only 3 other people were in the restaurant. Seemed as if there was only one woman waitress. If you are new to sushi this isn't the best place to visit. She wasn't helpful when asked questions about the menu. Service was very lackluster for so few customers. We asked was there anything with a variety of sushi choices we could order, we were told no, only later to find several combination options. We chose a hibachi meal and it was very good salmon was on the small side. The California rolls were great. I just really wish we had a better dining experience. We won't be returning.
Sushi are delicious, and the decorations are elegant. Great lunch spot if you are on a time crunch. Good come out within 10 minutes. Reasonable price. I would give five stars if items on their menu, such as lunch specials, actually available since it was advertised on the menu. Overall great experience.
First time trying and I was impressed! Definitely coming back here. The Red Phoenix roll was phenomenal!
Came in Saturday for lunch. Sushi was fine. We definitely have had better in the area. The server was extremely rude unfortunately. She barely acknowledged us and didn’t communicate with us at all. My wife asked for a fork for her salad and after 15 minutes I had to ask again. It was not crowded at all at the time. So no excuse there. No return to refill drinks or check on the table. We will not be back.
Update/Reply: We did not pay at 7:24pm because we did not get the food yet. How would it be possible. Please do not give out false information to make you guys look better it’s sadSushi was okay. But the service was horrible. I have never waited more then 1.5 hours for sushi. And the order was not big at all. Not sure why it took so long as it was not busy at all. The staff was extremely rude when I asked when our food was coming (45min after we ordered. May be a good option not to come here next time as there are other (faster and better) options around this area
Very good sushi BUT much smaller rolls in size compare to other places
The outside looks fine but when you walk in, it looks a bit gloomy. It was 430pm when we went for dinner but there was only one section of seats lit up. The food was great especially for the price. 100% would go again.
