Quick service, friendly staff and a great time!
We we decided to come to Top Golf to celebrate 2 birthdays. I placed a reservation on June 30th to come today, July 3rd. It was $25 for a place on the waitlist. I don’t know if it was really worth the price but my reservation was for 3:15pm and they called us to let us know our bay was ready at 3:45. We had never been before so it took a little bit for us to understand how everything worked.It was really busy and no one came over so we stopped one of the greeters walking by. She explained to us that once we picked our game there would be a timer and our waitress would come over to us. So we did. And no one came. 10 minutes later we asked someone with a pink shirt on if she could let us know who our waitress was. She replied in a snarky tone that our waitress was on another table. So we waited. 15 minutes later still no one. No greeting from anyone or water or anything. Meanwhile our timer is still going on the game. So we asked someone else if they could let us know who our waitress was. FINALLY after 30 minutes of us sitting there (I took a pic of the timer) she came over with an attitude and introduced herself. We saw her walk past us a few times and not once did she let us know she was our waitress and would be with us shortly.Anyway, We asked for water for the table and we were ready to order our food and drinks. She told us she would get our water and walked away. Someone else brought our water to us after 5 minutes. She came back after 10 minutes to get our drinks. We watched her have a conversation with another employee for 15 minutes before she asked us for our food order. She gave off the impression she did not want to be bothered. After she took our order she comes back and says she’s leaving for the day and our new waitress would be “Nikki”. But she didn’t leave. She actually was still on other tables which confirmed what we assumed. But Nikki was pleasant and had a smile. She made sure we had everything we wanted and communicated with us when our time was winding down.The food was good but the portions were very SMALL especially the nachos. I would not recommend them. The margarita flatbread was good. Everyone else ordered burgers. My wife ordered chicken fingers but they were burnt so they had to remake some. The grilled chicken Caesar salad was really good and my son ended up eating half of my salad. We got the TopGolf sangria which was good. Oh and we tried to order a second drink but ms attitude told us we could only order one drink at a time. I don’t know if that was true or she was trying to be smart but whatever.Overall the game was fun. The food was too pricey for the portion size but it still tasted good. The atmosphere is lively. And I didn’t see many children. I don’t know if I would come to this location again. It was a $284 bill, 50 minute drive and toll for mediocrity. However, there’s a new one in northeast Philly. We may try that location if we decide to go again.

I have been here several times and it's always such a fun experience! Even if you have to wait for a golf section you can sit at the table or the bar and the staff are very friendly. Their drinks are really good too and they have a variety of food options on the menu
Good food + drinks and atmosphere! Sometimes the service can be cut and dry but I respect the culture and usually (like today) they’re nothing but accommodating and fun. There’s no shame in not knowing how to play and there are different games to set up if you’re already good at it and want a little more. Reservations are 100% the move but if you do a walk in they really try their best to make it work for you. The temperature is regulated, making it one of the coziest outdoor experiences available. The prices seem steep but even on the busy days it’s very affordable when you split it amongst a 4+ group. I love going and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon ?❤️
I would recommend this place to anyone that's willing to have fun. Great place to go to for first date to family outings. Find out when half price is. Save yourself a few dollars. Food was good also. Lay grab a bucket of your favorite.
Took my nephew and my daughter plus her friend to top golf in February. Had an awesome time. Wait was ten minutes for a bay and 20 minutes for our food once in the bay. Food was tasty if not a little pricey. The golfing at night was really fun and the bay was warm. Definitely going again.
Lots of fun. Spacious, hosts were very attentive and friendly. Courteous polite. Ambience excellent for a night out as family.
Great night out at Topgolf. Make sure you make a reservation exactly 7 days in advance. We waited 3 hours once for not making reservations ahead of time. Servers were great, drinks were great and the food was ok too. You won’t be disappointed!! They also have two pool tables. The heaters outside keep you nice and warm despite this being the winter months.
