In all honesty it was the start of the lunch crowd, and I expected a line inside. Nope I was able to walk in placed my order via their new self serve kiosk. VERY CONVENIENT!!!!! Not even 5 mins after I paid my order was ready, and they give you cups to get your own beverages. I need the Taco Bells in surrounding states to be like this one!!!
The food is usually always hot and good and I've never had to wait in a long line. I took a star only because I was missing items in my bag twice.
Always timely but I’ll be damned if I order an item without a snappy IS THAT IT after every single item and this is everytime I come here… a different window worker and every single time wild rude
This Taco Bell location is very nice my company Eric's Nursery and garden center was the ones who did the landscape and the sod all around the property it actually came out very nice.The service here is very fast Speedy service I got my food in less than 3 minutes which is very good because at that moment I was very hungry all in all this talk about gets 10 stars for me the staff here is very nice and helpful.????
Usually good, but this time still unable to get an order right after 2 re attempts. I ordered one item.Also so SLOW. Expect to wait a minimum 10-15 min.
Usually taco bells are disgusting but this one is clean and brand new. What really made my experience is the manager very funny and personable 10/10 experience would come again
Ordered online for quick pick up. But had to wait over a half hour in the pick up line! It was so slow and the food wasn't even good. It wasn't even super busy it just took forever, nothing was fresh, nothing was made or well. All the food looked slopped together and falling apart. Example the 5 layer burrito each bite had all of 1 layer in it instead of being spread out throughout the burrito and the crunch wrap wasn't even fully wrapped plus it was barley any steak and we asked for no lettuce and still had their gross sad lettuce . Won't be going back!
The food is good however my man and I got coffee, and they gave us sour milk I would get the food , but if you don’t drink coffee black I wouldn’t get it
Slow, ran out of food, drive thru line blocked all parking spaces, angry woman doesn't know about rearview cameras. At least I finally got my food. Go during off-peak hours is highly recommended if you don't want to be stuck in line for over half an hour.The food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell so 5?. Just kidding it's Taco Bell. Everything did come beautifully assembled though; nothing flying out of the burrito, ratio of meat, cheese, and veggies was fine. It's a freaking Taco Bell review, I don't know what you're expecting to see here.3/11/2022 update: still severely understaffed causing long wait times but the manager expressed gratitude for customers' patience. And the food was fine. So they get a little more stars from me.
I have a pleasant experience every time I go to this Taco Bell but this last time was outstanding. The girl that took my order, named Deseree, should train every employee for Taco Bell as a whole or should be given an immediate raise. I was early for happy hour, which I didn’t even realize until she mentioned she only charged me a dollar for my drink and that she would honor that prize even though it wasn’t time yet. She was so incredibly polite and kind that I even filled out the Taco Bell online survey but it didn’t allow me to put in my experience with her so I came here to shine some light on her specifically! As a former employer myself, I know a keeper when I see one and she’s it.
