Its only 8:32 pm 5/12/22 when im writing this review. My husband bought coffee an hour back and we sat outside. I went inside to use restroom and i was told its closed.... Even if your website says you close at 8:30pm, theres still customers sitting inside and drinking coffee.... You expect them to find a restroom elsewhere while still at your premise??? Shame on you for not allowing a women to use restroom when in need....Dear store manager!!!.... Check your cctv recording if you want to verify !!!!!
I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance. The last 3 times my drink has been messed up for reasons that are just unacceptable. Asked for cream and was clearly given cold foam. The barista insisted that it was cream yet it was floating at the top of the cup. Next time actually ordered cold foam (which you pay extra for) and all they gave me was a small dollop. Last time I was given a cold brew with literally no ice and no cinnamon powder that I asked for. This new staff is horrible since they’ve moved stores. Don’t waste your money here.
I bought the big latte, but I drink just hot milk.I told that I don’t feel coffee, but they did nothingIf you want to drink milk, welcome to Starbucks
Im not sure if they trying to save money or what. Lately every drink I get, cup is not filled all the way. One time excuse for iced coffee was , that i asked for light ice. On the photo is reg ice. Staff always gives an attitude when you ask a quest.
Today more than ever, I needed to be fast and efficient in grabbing my ☕️.? % was completed ✅ without a glitch.I just wanted to THANK all the Starbuck Staff members, Cay and many others who have been a delight. Thanks again ! ?
I’ve been here twice and waited 30 minutes only for my drink to made wrong. Avoid this location drinks are not made correctly. I’ve been to a number of Starbucks and have never had an issue until this new location opened
The service is usually topnotch at most Starbucks I've gone too but with the recent supply chain issues I can't really give it more than 4
It was already terribly busy when it was by the Gamestop. Now that it's got a drive thru, this whole location is a zoo at prime hours, not to mention it shares a parking lot with a chic fil a, chaos at lunch time.
I ordered a refresher and it was completely watered down. Sometimes people don’t have the time to ask for another or new drink!
Went through the drive through and ordered a caramel macchiato. they gave me an iced one instead of hot. i went inside and asked nicely for a new one and the barista gave me attitude. half of my drink was foam and it tasted bitter and gross. very disappointed. they also didnt have any cake pops or any loafs available.
