horrible service..i work in fast food so i understand the struggle but these workers just didn’t care enough.the only helpful one was the guy there.i order two drinks the same exact way and a danish.the one drink was made entirely different it was a darker color so i knew it was wrong and it tasted like burnt coffee.the other drink was correct so i asked them to remake the other one and the guy did with no problem but the girl had a attitude.they also completely forgot about my danish.i asked for it warmed up and they gave me a cold one.was also waiting for around 30 mins.

The coffee was nasty. I waited online for 10mins, the cashier's were confused and unorganized. All of that and my coffee tasted like milk n water?. Couldn't have been more disappointed.

The barista was not paying attention. The cashier was slow and mentally not with it.That Starbucks team as a whole during the evening shift was not communicating or paying attention at all. They messed up the order, handed it to me and didn't care that he used the wrong milk.I wasn't going to argue because my friends were waiting for me and he took so long already as it was.It was a poor representation of Starbucks.

Amorea was an absolute wonderful help. Very pleasant and overall nice attitude!!! My first time visiting this Starbucks and I would definitely come back!

Young lady was too busy on her cell phone to be bothered by me, so I said “HELLO THERE!” Finally, she somewhat woke up, and proceeded to give me attitude including slapping down my change. Then went back to her phone. I’m sure corporate won’t be too happy with this, but then again, she should PAY ATTENTION to the customers, and not give attitude when she fails to show up.The matcha was bland and somewhat lukewarm.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Took 20 minutes for 2 drinks, one of which was a plain coffee. With a long line of customers, one of the 2 workers making drinks went on break. Shortly thereafter, the girl working the register started having a breakdown over a large order, which didn't help the wait as someone had to go assist her rather than clear the backlog of drinks. Lastly, I found it ironic that they're displaying "sip sustainably" cups for sale next to the register, but they wouldn't use my reusable Starbucks mug. They had to put the coffee in a cup for me to pour over because... covid. Apparently germs work differently here than in other stores. ?

Sadly threw out both coffees we got. Shaken espresso and hot mocha. Basically full cups of milk and cream no espresso and no chocolate

I went to buy a coffee and they asked me for my name to call me when the order was ready and they never called me and when I asked they treated me rudely that they already had my order ready for a long time and when they did not even deign to open their mouth it was my order when they saw me I was waiting for her. They are hateful and rude to attend

Always a pleasure when the Staff and the Shop match. Great look very friendly.

Starbucks, where can you go wrong??Actually, this one was so very busy, I ordered my usual lattè and it was closer to dirty water than water. I was on a short day trip to NY will never stop here again. This is the 1st time I've ever given Starbucks a bad review !!
