There was an offer on my paypal app, to scan QR code in starbucks, it says we save 3$ if I purchase 5 or more dollar item in starbucks, when i went to starbucks ordered a latte of 5:95$ , when I want to pay , I showed my QR code on paypal to starbucks cashier.“cashier said they don’t have devices to scan Paypal QR code, to prevent wasting the time of the starbucks cashier , i went a head and paid through other payment method.so please don’t carry any advance method of payments, they just use cash or cards.
great selection. employees were great. nice clean. fast service. i was very very disappointed in your strawberry funnel cake frap though. you dont taste any funnel cake at all, just strawberry. if i would of known that i would of never got it. and would of stuck to my favorites i normally get.

Going to this shop when it started first in this complex. Loved it. There had all wonderful employees who started the jobs there from beginning. Now so many times, so many new employees, mostly younger new baristas all, many.Lately during covid time, less visits to this store due to no drive through available to this store. This store sometimes try to serve relatively less hot coffee (near cold) in the evening despite this store sale is very high in general and has grown to a base of large numbers of customers. Needed to ask them to change the cold coffee if served when asked for hot coffee. This does not feel good. Even yesterday at 11:30 am, coffee was borderline hot, very mild hot. I think this store has coffee machines are not maintained ot adjusted for regulatory routine maintenances. All other starbucks hot coffee serving temperature is different except this one in this area. I tasted my self in all 4 in Route-38.
If you drop in because you just want a cup of coffee, nothing special, be prepared to wait. It's crazy if you ask me. I'd call ahead or prepared to wait.
I went to this Starbucks today to buy my first French press. In addition to that, I wanted to get a special coffee to brew with it, but wasn’t sure which one I wanted. The man working the register explained the different types of coffee to me and helped me choose the Guatemala blend coffee. I forgot to ask for it to be ground, so he offered to grind it for me and explained how French press coffee needs to have a coarse grind. I went home with my French press and immediately made a cup, and it was delicious! The employee working there really helped me out with choosing the perfect coffee to use with my new French press. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’d definitely recommend going to this Starbucks!!
