Only one peson working at pizza ? place. Very surprised. Wanted to give them business but guy at counter refused to accept coupons. Mediocre pizza, thought gave them some business but no more. Dominos is much better.
Where is my cheese :/ ? Call and spoke to the first person, she said she made it and it has cheese. She hands over the phone to the 2nd person, and he said he made the order and it has cheese. So who made my order? Last time I ordered, it has cream cheese falling out. This time I’m not sure if those are cheese.
I called about this issue and got promised a refund over the phone. Refund never came and not a single apology.
Ordered no cheese. Received cheese. Manager/Employee were not professional or understanding in my opinion. DO BETTER! PERIOD
I really like their pizza. I ordered a pizza for pick up and it was ready in only 10 minutes.
Why is it every time we order, they forget the bottles of soda? By the time they get back with the soda the pizza is cold!

If you want exactly what’s on the menu, with the sauces it comes with, you should be fine; That is assuming they don’t burn the food, as they usually do! However, if you want to order, and pay for, extra sauces, or want the slightest variation, you should go elsewhere!I placed an order, and my husband wanted extra garlic sauce, so extras were ordered and paid for. When the order came, no extra sauce that -again- we paid for! When I called the store, and advised of my issue, I was told several times “Well, you still have one.” At that point, I lost any patience one could have! He then passed me to his ‘manager’, Chris, who was not one bit apologetic for their mistake, or his associate’s horrid behavior! He acted as if it was a chore for him to give me, the customer, what was ordered and paid for. He ended up canceling my order & refunding my money, but that was after fighting with him for 10 minutes. I really only wanted the sauces, but I guess that was too much of a chore for them. After taking one bite of the dry breadsticks, and over-sauced pizza, it went right in the garage, along with any future business to this location! Horrible food & atrocious customer service! And people like this think they deserve higher pay?!
The wrong pizza was somehow ordered online. The manager refused to fix a new pizza with pepperoni on it. I asked for a refund and he refused to give me one. He onlygave me a store credit. I will be calling corporate to report this. Worst place ever!!!!!
Thin crust Garden fresh veggie pizza is too good! Also the yummy garlic knots !!
