I love Panhcheros and go there a lot. I happened to be around Mt Laurel in rt 38. I came in with my emotional support dog and the rude manager just yelled in front of everyone you can’t have the dog here . First of all I never had any issue with any restaurant when I bring the dog especially when I’m holding her in my arms which I usually do. Maybe they should put a sign no dogs allowed instead of yelling in front of everyone and embarrassing the customer. That manager need some more trainingVicky
Dined in: I ordered a bowl of rice and steak for myself, and a beef quesadilla for my son. Mexican food is usually bursting with flavors; the staff looked like they'd rather be elsewhere. It was my first time trying it and I won't be coming back.
This pancheros wouldn’t let you order online because of “high volume” and when we got there, there were noooo orders prepped, no one working, and no one sitting in the restaurant…The store closes at 9 pm. I got there at 8:15 pm and the workers were sooo mad about it. And as I went down the line to get my food, more customers piled behind me and and the workers got angrier and angrier. And then continued to throw the food into burritos and the spoons back down into guac. It was sooo wild.
Just ordered Chicken and Steak tacos as well as an order of rice and beans. Tacos were dry and tasteless. Rice had no flavor what so ever. Almost seemed like they gave us boiled rice. Definitely head to a different stop. Not worth wasting your money here.
The workers are terrible and acted like i was there at a bad time at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, they were ignoring me and I was the only person in line. This is how my shrimp bowl came out and I also got a chicken burrito which was terrible. Pancheros needs to figure it out at this location, I can honestly say I am done with this company after trying a few times.
3/19/22 @ 1:30pm This is the THIRD time I ordered a burrito WITHOUT beans and it somehow came with beans. Tried asking the man behind the counter (Luis R) to please make sure there was no beans. Instead of answering me he dropped my food on the counter with an attitude and walked away without saying a word to me.
Jen went above and beyond when I was there this evening. I came in right after a big rush that they had .They were filling the food when I came in . I waited for some fresh vegetables and guacamole . When I went to pay Jen graciously said I didn't have to pay since I had to wait. She was so nice and apologetic . The food was delicious and fresh .
I would not recommend or return to this Panchero's location.Today I visited this location at 8pm. The sign on the door read that the restaurant is open until 10pm.I wanted my usual order - bowl with rice, pulled pork, vegetables, some sides, and chips. But when my turn came to ordering, there were multiple empty or nearly empty trays. The nearly empty trays had left-over food which had obviously been sitting around for some time. Instead of a fresh order, I got old, stale-tasting, under-seasoned, from the bottom of the tray pulled pork and rice, and was told that there were no more vegetables being served for the day. I was so disappointed, that I didn't order my usual sides and simply paid for rice, meat, and chips. When I came home, I fried my own vegetables and added my own sides. This was not the point of getting takeout which I had been looking forward to all day! While waiting for my order to be completed and paid for, I watched as one of the employees, while cleaning a stove, had his pants well below his bottom, with his underwear for all to see. I found this not only unprofessional, but really ruining my appetite and perception of this location.Panchero's prides itself on and promotes that its food is always fresh and home-made. Based on this, instead of serving me with stale meat, the tray for the pulled pork should've been replaced with fresh meat. Vegetables should've been fried and offered, as the restaurant was open until 10pm and I was ordering at 8pm.Lastly, this was my second time visiting this location. I was disappointed in this location once before, as the staff was extremely stingy with the portions of meat and rice, whereas another location which I use, is more generous with their portions. I don't mind paying extra for freshly-made meat, rice, and vegetables, but I do mind asking multiple times for the staff to add more.
Like chipotle but I feel like it was definitely better had more flavor in the burrito. Good place to get a quick bite. The steak tasted good so did the additional ingredients. One friend tried their chicken said it lacked a bit.
Literally the most incompetent and rude workers. Especially the one guy who is always there. Mexican looking. Try having some manners. I will make sure to go out of my way to avoid this place. Horrible service and the foods mediocre.
