Moe’s is our favorite place for burritos! The fresh salsa bar is back at this location with 3 choices. I hope the aguas fresca and more salsa options will return soon.

This is the worst Moe’s location, which is disappointing because the next closest one is 20 minutes. However, it’s worth the drive if you have a craving, because this Moe’s is far from what should be expected from Moe’s. The manager is extremely rude. We placed an online order and it wasn’t there when it was supposed to be. When asked about it, he had a huge attitude and refused to assist. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. Their online order system is always down (conveniently when Moe’s is having an offer or special - coincidence? Probably not, considering the owner acts as if you’re robbing money straight from his pockets when you use your rewards or offers). The restaurant can be unclean at times and the staff is constantly changing. You definitely aren’t getting welcomed to Moe’s here. It’s a shame that franchise owners don’t have to go through some kind of training in customer service. Apparently since he’s the franchise owner, corporate won’t do anything about how he runs the location, which seems weird. I guess cleanliness and friendliness aren’t high on their list. I’d avoid this location if you can and go to the further one.

We ordered through the website, THEY decided to use DoorDash. Dasher never arrived and they were NO help. Manager was very dismissive and not helpful despite us spending and losing over $200 worth of food. Told us we needed to work with DoorDash , DoorDash said this is absolutely a Moes issue. Do NOT use this location.

Had the three tacos at Moe's. Delicious. Courteous staff.

Very disgusting. Old and cold food.. nothing was fresh. You could tell it was sitting out all day. Old food stuck into Serving untensils. Dirty work area near food. Staff doesn't greet you. 4 people working and stood in line for 5 minutes right in front of them with no other customers in line. No workers spoke to us or asked us for our order. Very unprofessional.Food ordered was very nasty, obviously it was old and not even warm. Ended up thrown in the trash. Avoid this place.. not worth the trip. Doesn't even deserve 1 star , just nasty! ? Should of read the other terrible reviews first.

We’ve been customers of this location for years but the business/management is poorly run. We try to order online…”systems are down” so we call we get “you have to come into the restaurant” I go into the restaurant…” you have to order online” it’s always something with this location. Before we had to worrry about them locking the doors a half hour before close or whenever they choose, and now this. Smh

I bought for take out and while paying, the cashier kept tapping on the screen with a pen when the screen asked if we wanted to tip. Constant tap, that was very rude. I was thinking on how much I should tip because I got a bad energy from them when I first entered until I got to the register.

very rude staff, don’t do a mobile order cuz they wont give you all of your items and make you pay again. Never goin back here. Never a manager on duty to solve problems and staff will curse at you.

It used to be great but now it's awful.

I've been coming here for a few years now and the service is sometime in ans sometime poor. The people who work here barley want to speak("Welcome to Moe's "), I get it not everyday's a good day! Now today I ordered two chicken bowls from Moe's today, and this by far was the worst. I had large peppers, huge the size of my hand. I'm not used to this from them at all. I'm willing to give them another try, because accident can happen! I pre-ordered on the app., so it was a pick up. I didn't make a big fuss and call them about it, I just delt with it.
