Great beer options with some of the locals in the list was a plus.Food is always a plus at Millers. There was a 30 min wait on a Wednesday evening around 5:30, very surprising for this area but the bar chairs were open seating and they did have plenty of those available.
I used to LOVE Millers Ale House before Covid it was actually nice and affordable everything looked good and was delicious. Now fast forward it’s so expensive the Zingers are now $13.99 and they aren’t the same as they once were like the sauce was over-flowing it actually tasted good with a little extra sauce. My son got Mini Mex Chicken Tacos and everything looks so good on the menu and the pictures but now when you actually get the food it’s different. “False advertisement” My son’s chicken nachos all the stuff was on the top like not all around the chips like nachos are supposed to be like, the queso dip was different and warm nothing was hot on our plates. A side of jalapeños, gauc & sour cream was $2.49. Aren’t these the fixings that usually come on top of nachos? My zingers were warm not hot. I was to hungry to care or complain because our waiter was MIA for awhile and didn’t ask us for any refills or anything. Was busy after we left. Anyways try there Sweet Thai Chili Zingers they are really good with a side of ranch. Thank me later ?
So... Typically I prefer to praise Good servic and food thats provided... Yet unfortunately our 2 visits in 4 days have proved to be extremely disappointing for both visits.1st night was a bit busier so we excused the lack in service attention... BUT last nights repulsive. We Sat at the main bar w Marquis as our bartender/server once again.... He ignored us entirely. We were there for over 1.5 hrs and only served 1 drink and app... Then acted as if we weren't there. Marquis Did not even fulfill verbal request when we had to flag him down or ask other employees. The female manager was more interested in socializing/flirting w her own employees to even see the lack of service even after we told her about it.To be honest We believe their Corp needs to revamp 90 percent of the staff ASAP.We left without being ask for our order or receiving any requested refills after multiple times. A friend who was w us stayed to attempt to rectify this yet which was not much at ALL.HERE IS A COPY OF THE RECEIPT and we ate sending a review to Corp
UPDATE: The GM reached out and we had a great conversation. I feel confident in saying that they do not want customers to have this kind of experience. I felt heard and reaffirmed in my experience and they have rectified the situation thanks to the leadership of the restaurant- not the woman I originally spoke to. Thank you Gabe for the much needed call and thank you Casey for being kind and resolving the food order issue later that night when we had to call back. What happened: I had such a negative experience with Miller's Ale House. I have ordered from here numerous times and have never had an issue like tonight. First: THE FOOD. My friend ordered a chicken caesar salad that came with no chicken. Huh? Then they put my ribs and mash potatoes together so it's all smush together. Wasn't the end of the world but when I followed up with the restaurant I was highly disappointed. THE CALL: So we reach out to notify the restaurant of the mistake so it can be rectified but the woman I spoke to was rude and had a condescending tone. Even though we didn't order through DoorDash (we ordered through the restaurant's website which by the way never redirected me to DD), she states that it's on DoorDash who picked it up. Okay? That didn't make sense to me because I was never redirected to DD's site so I restated that we ordered through the restaurant site. Instead of politely explaining how the restaurant uses DD without a customer placing the order through DD, she reiterated what she said in the most condescending, unhelpful way. Customers do not deserve to feel like they can not ask questions for clarity especially when the restaurant got the order wrong.
Food was okay. I ordered the Mahi-Mahi Sandwich, and I appreciated that you could choose whether they grilled, broiled, or blackened it. It was a bit chewier than I expected. Fries were standard, but the French Onion soup was pretty bad (broth was too dark and salty, way too much cheese for the small size). Wings were decent, but I sampled another one of my party’s meatloaf and it was bland and tasteless (meatloaf in the picture below, albeit being poked at a little). Our waitress appeared to be working an entire section of the restaurant including the bar, and she really tried her best to get around to us as often as she could. Even then, service was slower than expected.
Luckily there wasn't a long wait for our group of 8. Food was good. Service was good. Very kid-friendly. Close to our hotel which was convenient.
Ordered Steak medium and cooked as ordered. Was very flavorful. It wasn’t a omg melt in your mouth but wasn’t rubbery where you took forever to chew. Would recommend for a quick get something to eat definitely worth it.The salad was a little old browning of the leaves for sure but was good and crunchy wasn’t soggy and the dressing was good crouton was fresh
Got the chicken/steak fajita with a couple beers. Not bad but the serving sizes were small given the cost. Ended up ordering the meal twice, which is possibly as intended. Nice interior and good service otherwise.
What a very big disappointment this was for me. I went in with so much excitement and left ☹️ however my star ? review goes to my amazing waitress, Mudd. Despite what went wrong, she was calm and threw in a joke? the other reason is for the Calamari I can't fault a good dish? enjoyed my Appetizer but my main course was ?My advice is to get a good chef; you have a good establishment just poorly managed.
I Love this place... Their Tex Mex Chicken Nachos are sooo Good, Pork Osso Bucco is juicy and delicious (my wife's favorite), well everything here deserves a try... Highly Recommended
