Stopped by for Saturday dinner with my significant other. The dining area in the rear was empty. This should have been a red flag. Started with calamari. They were cold and looked like fried pork rinds. They tasted greasy and were over done. I had a side salad that was fresh but the presentation was spoiled by the garnish of diced deli provolone cheese slices. Why? My entree was chicken francaise topped with crabmeat. The sauce was overly seasoned and the crabmeat was not the lump variety but what looked like shredded tuna and not very much of it. My better half’s food didn’t look any better and I didn’t want to spoil the mood by asking. An overall disappointing dining experience.
I think the food is good. However, their delivery takes way too long. My personal plain pizza, that I ordered late on a Sunday took more than hour to be delivered. It was cold and not properly cut.
BYOB is only thing that takes away a star no alcohol sold in here, but the food was great and service was great!
Decided to treat myself to an early Mother's Day dinner without the crowds. Wow.Went to dinner at 3 pm on a Sunday. Perfect. The restaurant is not a traditionally styled Italian restaurant, but nouveau-trendy and the music was perfect ambience to reflect that trend. The service from Kevin opening my wine and pouring my first glass to Kiyana as my server was impeccable. They made me feel valued as a customer and were very attentive. The food: Alicia's Sunday Dinner was just like my cooking. Absolutely delicious and authentic. The Tiramisu was made with dark rum and is the best I have ever had in a restaurant! The coffee was piping hot and fresh brewed.Highly recommend.
The reason I gave it a two was because they gave me back my money. Ordered a small pizza for delivery, cost me $30.00 with a five dollar driver tip. Pizza was not what I ordered and hardly no toppings, had them put olives on and I counted 13 slices of olives, two of the pieces did not even have any topping on it. Pizza was cold after a one hour wait. Back to pizza hut!
We love their chicken parm pizza! Nice spot. And I wish I can remember the waitress name. She was so pleasant and kind. I gave it 4 stars because their bathrooms do not have a change table for my little one.
Loved it!!!Re-edit: that's what I said 2 yrs ago. This time around, and for the 5th time now, it is abysmally terrible. Pizza was sitting for hours. I asked to revive it by adding sauce and cheese. It was improperly placed. Young man was clueless. Something on his phone was more important. How could you make something even worse? They did. 2 yrs ago they had this guy from Venezuela. He was great! Today's Wednesday. Never go if the Mexican guy is not there. That guy cares about your food. Even the salads made by him are great. I'm breaking up with this place. I tried. Disappointed again. I'm actually going to another pizzeria even though I just ate.
I had a great experience with LaScala’s Pronto, I tried the new menu and is good to know that they are back to the LaScala’s group. The food was delicious and they deliver my food on time. Definitely trying their food again soon
Something changed! This use to be my go to for Italian, but recently everything I order taste different. Pizza crust was greasy and soggy today. Last week, my calamari was cheeewwwy! (Usually means it fried too long) Few weeks ago, my vodka sauce was greasy and more like marinara...red with chunks of tomato. WTH. Did they get a new cook? Just not my favorite anymore. Sorry!?
Called a couple hours before going for a party of 8 on a friday night and they were very accommodating, food was amazing, and very good service!!!
