I called in my order and specifically asked for bacon as a add on to my sandwich. I went to pick up my order and the guy who took my order over the phone specified to the cashier that it was a "club" sandwich so they could charge me for the bacon. When I got home and opened the sandwich, it had no bacon whatsoever. Disappointing & annoying.

Went there once was disappointed not enough ingredients in the sandwich cheap with toppings second time the same. Will not spend money at that place anymore.

Amazing customer service!!!! Thank you so much for taking such awesome precautions to ensure that I didn’t ingest gluten. Even when I was so painfully concerned everyone was so nice and made my sandwich in a different area and got different condiments than what was out. You guys rock!!

Food was ok; staff was extremely slow but polite. Biggest complaint was how much she squished the bread to cut it. Way way too much oil. The use of gloves was interesting because they touched anything with those gloves on.
We got 2 turkey hoagies - made to order! Was fresh, quick and really good. I highly recommend. I will definitely return.
