Worst experience ever !!! We ordered bowls and they gave me a 1/4 scoop of rice. Then we ordered drinks there was no coke, lemonade, the fresh juice was empty with no utensils. I asked to replace the coke and was told they didn’t have any. Then I asked about the lemonade and they said they didn’t have that either. The order in front of me ordered chips they told her they didn’t have Any and the customer literally pointed out a full container of them. They just didn’t want to do anything. Then we sat to eat and found a bug in the bowl. Then come to find out they had bottles of coke in the fridge and was never offered them. I went up and purchased 2 bottles of coke and they charged me for someone else meal. The girl in charge is just lazy and should not be in the food business. I don’t leave bad reviews cause everyone has bad days but this was BAD !!!!!!!!!!

I never write negative reviews or reviews at all. But don't order online from this location! This is the 3rd time my office ordered online which is easy to read, everyone got food with toppings they didn't request. Some being lactose and they drenched the meal in sour cream when it didn't even ask for it. It literally says it on then labels you print. And never received any fajita veggies all 3x. If you are out, you should at least call as a courtesy. But of course you got the extra guacamole?Completely turned off and not worth the money. This isn't a mistake it's pure laziness. DO BETTER .

Where should I start? The young lady taking and preparing orders was double masked, which made it difficult to make out what she was saying! She huffed puffed at us because we couldn't make out what she was saying and kept asking her to repeat what she said. The meat dishes all looked dried out. As we made our way to the cashier, we could see a very dirty back counter. We grabbed our food and decided to dine in. The dinning room was messy! All of the tables had food on and under them, and also in the seats! One of the high seating areas has a dried up spilled drink under it. The drink station was beyond messy. I asked one of the workers if she could give me a rag to clean off the table. She didn't have a clue what I was talking about. A lady who seemed to be a manager came out and asked her what I needed. She then instructed her to wipe off a table for me. One table? The entire dining room needed to be cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing I guarantee I won't ever patronize this establishment again.

Understaffed and they take forever to fulfill an online order. Kitchen is also a mess and is super dirty, food and napkins all over floor looks like a tornado hit it. If you are going to chipotle do not go here

This place is going downhill and FAST! When this location first opened, I was happy to see a chipotle close to my house but it’s worth taking the drive down to the cinnaminson location. The main problem is the lack of motivation from the employees to make the food, help customers, and to keep things tidy. The restaurant is always unkept i.e, food EVERYWHERE, dirty bathrooms, empty juice fountain, dirty soft drink fountain, food on the dining room floor and tables, food sneered on the assembly line. It’s disgustingAnother major problem is the Ordering Ahead through the app. Food is never done during the estimated pick up time. Employees have no sense of urgency to complete orders (Not as bad as the Moorestown Chipotle tho). When ordering I give myself an additional 30 minutes on top of the suggested pick up time. If not, like many times before, I’d have to sit and wait at a messy unkept table.Even though this review was bad, the one good thing about this restaurant is the location.

My bowl wasn’t as full as it usually is. I’ve been to this chipotle numerous times and have never received such a empty bowl.

Rudest employees! I understand the world is short staff what I don’t understand is why does Chipotle insist on online orders after 8pm make people pay in advance get a set pick up time to then get to the store wait an extra 40 minutes to hear oh we don’t have anymore of this or anymore of that. Which I already paid for mind you! I asked the employee do I get refunded because I paid for it already. He shrugs his shoulders twice!! I’m like you don’t know???? I paid for it! Then here comes another employee behind him. Would you like their number t call? J said no! Then she shrugs her shoulders! Is shoulder shrugging part of the Chipotle training?????

This store is poorly trained. I asked for a veggie burrito ( added guacamole). Apparently the person who made my burrito ripped the tortilla and tried to patch it up covering it with another tortilla. Then, they charged me for a veggie burrito and charged me separately for guacamole when I shouldn’t have been charged for it since it’s a veggie burrito. I got home the whole thing looked disgusting. I called corporate and they hung up on me. I drove back to the store (meanwhile gas prices are high) and spoke to store manager. I expressed how upset I was and I asked for a refund. I showed her the picture and showed her how I got overpriced. She didn’t even apologize. She just offered to remake the burrito. I said no I want a refund. She just gave me a refund. Didn’t even offer any coupons. Didn’t even apologize. Didn’t even express anything. This store is ridiculous and poorly trained. I will never recommend chipotle to anyone. It’s always an issue with this place.

Haven't had chipotle in a long time and probably won't eat this location again. I placed an online order and it was estimated to be ready at 7:20. Tons of people were just sitting and waiting for their orders and they were running an hour behind. Waiting for food for 55 minutes and no way to cancel your order is unacceptable and on top of that both bowls I ordered were missing toppings and substitutions were made. It would be nice if they opened up for in person ordering and had a better system for estimating order pick up time.

This place is a nightmare. We placed an order for pickup and had a pickup time of 7:40pm. My order came out at 8:45. It was cold, the Fresca lemonade were empty and the fountain minute made lemonade was heavily watered down. The restaurant was full of people waiting for their orders. No counter ordering was available, only by online or app. Evidently, no one had an on time order. First and last visit here.
