This location was pretty good. Staff were friendly and food was good. Ordered the brisket quesadillas, brisket burger, and mixed fajitas(chicken, steak, shrimp).
Went in for appetizers and drinks. The server Tianna was really good, nice and polite. She makes good drinks. The food was also good. There were children in attendance there. The restaurant wasn't loud at all. Met some really nice people while dining. Over all had a good evening here.
Stopped in for appetizers and a drink. Had really good service from our server Tianna. Not overly crowded, and or to loud. There were children there from teens to small kids. The bar area wasn't full with people just a few couples. The prices were good and if you have the app you could score chips and salsa!
I ordered from chilli’s today and everything was delicious. I ordered the honey Chipotle crispy chicken with waffles w/roasted Street corn and honey chipotle wings. I Had it delivered to my job. The combination of the waffles and the crispy chicken honey sauce is to die for, the portions were also plenty. I could only eat 3 1/2 of the waffles and three of the honey crispy chicken strips. I didn’t even get to touch the additional 8 wings I ordered thinking the other order would be portioned small. Overall, the food was really good even though a lot of other reviews said different.
The service by Ms. Sherry was awesome. She was very quick and efficient. The only mishap was the terminal at our table was very hard to use. It seemed like the keyboard part of the computer was hard to use probably due to the screen having grease on it. She was very helpful.Other than that, EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.
Visited June 18 2022 at about 730pm. The food was good but the service was horrible. My glass sat empty on the table the whole time i was there. Only received one drink when i sat down and my waiter walked by 3x and never ask or stop to see if we needed anything. The manager walked by 2x and greeted other guess and ask how their visit but never ask us. The food was brought to us by another employee from the back and I even asked him for another drink since I haven't seen my waiter in about 25mins and still never receive anything. Sat there for 35mins after completing the meal, super thirsty and the waiter finally comes over and ask were we ready for the bill and he's sorry cause he was busy. The whole time we're inside this establishment there was only 6 other tables and and their waiter looked to be servicing and checking on them. For a Saturday night this place was super dead. How could u be busy. There were literally 6tables and total of 15ppl including us. U only had one table. I seen my waiter walking from the back of the kitchen onto the floor and turn around and walk right back in the kitchen. The whole time talking to other employees and playing around. I guess when u your young and don't care about your job this is what u do. worst service I ever received from a restaurant. I'VE been at places were it was super busy and the waiter always checked in on us and got us drinks or whatever we needed. I think since u pay with that machine that sits on the table they must not get many tips so they dont care about servicing people properly but I had a 30dollar tip for this young man for a 90.00 bill smh u lost out. Hope your happy wit that 5.00 tip and that was still way to generous.
We went there ok sunday night at 9pm and even though the restaurant was empty we were told to wait for 20 mins as they had only 2 servers . Finally we got the table and we ordered our drinks and food . The Long Island iced tea was very bad. The chicken quesadilla was over cooked and burnt . Cajun pasta and shrimp tacos were awesome . Usually we always carry out the 25 for 2 deal . The combo deal had many options and it is cheap . The 25 for 2 has variety of options to choose . We usually get 2 house salad, 1 Cajun pasta chicken or shrimp and chicken fajitas . It also comes with a slice of cheesecake which is the main USP. Over all the food is great but the dine in experience was not that great . I guess that is because they don’t have enough staff !!!
As always great food and tremendous service! The two bartenders were doing it all bar and tables food delivery and busing! They are fantastic deserve a raise or a nice bonus!
Food was good all around, and you can't beat the unlimited chips and salsa. Service was friendly but slow, no doubt because of the lack of staff. Tables all around us were left unbussed the whole time we were there.
I’ve always liked chilis. I usually go to the one in deptford but anymore it’s always a 45 minute wait. I went to the chilis in Mt. laurel got seated right away and still had to wait. We ordered our food and appetizers and did not get the chips and salsa right away we had to say something to the girl before we got them. Needless to say we were fed up and walked out. I will not go to a chilis restaurant again
