The drive-thru was crowded, but the staff made the line move quickly & efficiently. When I received my food, it was fresh & hot.
Only because tables was dirty when I entered but while sitting and eating the lady manager did have it cleaned up and it was on her own not because anyone fussed.I also prefer condiments out and they were behind the counter but that's not a store issue as they have to obliged by corporate rules.Food was good.
My pleasure just make a menu big enough to read in the rare case I want to change up my order a bit thank!
Awesome experience every time. Every Thursday I eat at this location with my children. I am overly pleased with the size of the chicken nuggets both fried and grilled.The team is amazing and I am excited to be served by them on Thursdays when I am in the area.
This location has very good customer service and the food is always great. Never had a bad experience... They currently however have a car traffic issue that needs addressing before it escalates. My feedback is having associates take orders when it gets overly busy to keep the line moving. The last time I was there, there was a driver harassing the cars in front by insistently hooting none stop to the point of getting out of the car to rant.
I loved how the establishment decorated with pictures of graduating team members when they were 5 or less in age and then in their graduation outfits wishing them well on their next journey in life.Also lived learning about the vegetarian option (though its not listed)
As always Chick-fil-A was delicious. Freshly cooked chicken and waffle fries. They are extremely clean, friendly, and courteous.
This place is always super busy but they consistently have our orders ready in a timely manner and always with a smile. Our orders are always correct as well.
East gate location. In the morning the MANAGER (believe her name is Cindy) was incredibly rude, rushing to take the order (the only person in line) this is the second time. She shouldn’t go to work if she’s going to have an attitude, it’s your job, don’t like it leave. Idk where the older black women (that use to work in the morning) went but they need to BRING HER BACK!!
I CANT BELIEVE HOW HORRIBLE THE FOOD WAS. I EAT FROM THE ONE IN DELRAN FAITHFULLY AND OTHERS BUT THIS STORE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! THE BREAD IS LIKE THEY BROUGHT HAMBURGER BUNS FROM THE DOLLAR STORE. IT WAS DRY AND CRUMBLED TO THE TOUCH.. THE CHICKEN PATTY OR WHAT EVER IT WAS ONLY COVERED ONE SIDE OF THE BREAD. THE WHOLE HALF OF MY SANDWHICH CONSIST OF BREAD CHEESE AND LETTUCE..LIKE REALLY???!! I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY JUST TO GET A FREAKING BREAD AND CHEESE SANDWHICH. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. WHAT A DISGRACE. DONT DESERVE 1 STAR!!!
