It's crazy how they have to cook under the condition of have no air in the building if I was an employee I'd quit the dining room was clean food was great but No Air it fell like outside inside.Burger King cooperate needs to get their employees some air

This location is the only location I have been to that still lies about the milk shake machine within 2 hours of closing. A few nights a week I work until 9-10pm so I tend to grab a quick dinner and I have never been able to order a shake here. So instead of having a drink I don’t want I started canceling the order and going to McDonald’s up the road instead. A tip for the young man working tonight, either come up with a better lie or rehearse it more so you aren’t so obvious.

Went to the drive thru tonight and no one answered the intercom after waiting. Drove up pass the window and there's one person messing with the cash register and another one sitting like a customer with his head down. If you're not going to serve just lock up. You don't even deserve a one star!!

Idk what’s going on here but I went two days ago to pick up an order. 3 whoppers, with fries and drinks. Get home and open the burgers, and they are literally just meat on buns with no condiments. I drive back to the store and pull up, and to my right; one of the employees is smoking a blunt in the front seat of his car with the door open, right by the front door. I walk in and ask if I can get the burgers remade to be told that they don’t have any lettuce, tomato, mayo, or the right buns. Asked for a refund and was told I’d have to return next day to speak to the manager. I used to like the place but this whole franchise who owns Burger King in the area are terrible. It’s a shame cause they give the brand a bad name, and this is coming from a lifetime Burger King fan.

Bathrooms were clean and the people who worked here were somewhat helpful. Just a typical burger king. I would recommend going through the drive thru. Faster services

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant you can go to. Worst customer service, worst management, worst employees...need I go on? Twenty minutes wait in the drive-thru for two whopper Jr's and fries. No explanation. Then, when I expressed my displeasure with the young man at the window, the manager, an African-American woman started yelling at me, telling me that I NEED TO UNDERSTAND that she was short on help and not to yell at her help. 1) I wasn't yelling, but I was upset. All I asked for was some communication to explain why I was waiting so long. 2) She made it sound like customer service isn't necessary when she's busy! What?!?! 3) When I asked for a refund (no food given to me), she got more irate and continued to yell at me!!!

This has got to be the most pathetic Burger King/fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The menu at the drive thru is falling off, the welcome signs are destroyed, the service is extremely slow and the food is, well, bad. Not sure why the building/food is in such disarray but it needs to be addressed by the corporate office

My main reason for writing this is to compliment one of the employees, I believe she said her name is Dorris. Literally every time I've gone in there recently, she's been the person keeping everyone else on track and making sure everything was running smoothly and as quickly as possible. You can tell she cares about her job and her kindness shows through her customer service. She deserves to be a manager if she isn't already! My order is never wrong, my burgers are always neatly put together, and fries are somehow always cooked just right.

The worse place ever. Staff was unpleasant and rude the employees used foul language and the place was totally disgusting. The counter was greasy and they used a dirty rag to wipe it down, the Ice machine did not work I was totally grossed out the employee cussed loudly and it was just mayhem my order wasn't correct and the girl gave us the drinks she wanted.

It's was 12:40pm...just me and ONE other car in the drive thru behind me. NO customers in the parking lot. I asked for a Whopper w/cheese and NO mayo. They give me the sandwich w/mayo. HOW FREAKING HARD IS THAT ORDER?? Why is there mayo ON the sandwich?? Also, it was cold...cheese not melted and sloppily put together. I don't even know why I tried to get a burger here. This place has fallen off. Orders are always incorrect. I'll stick with Shake Shack and Five Guys. It might cost more, but at least my order will be correct.
