Dropped in for a bite to eat. Got a table pretty quick as it was after lunch. Ordered a half dozen wings with the mango habenero sauce with a side of fries. Tasty. Kind of slow on the drink refills.
It's the worst experience that I have ever had. The waitress at the table kathlyn is so rude ans showed a worst attitude. We felt we have been insulted due to our race (Asian Indian). She did not even placed some napkins and plates for us and we have keep asking her and we asked for some carrots and she was asking if she gave some in the first time. And we just left in the middle and made a complaint to the store manager and he did not even cared about us and did not apologized for the waitresses rude behavior. I called the customer support to log a complaint that we have been treated very badly and they got all the info. They told us that they will give 2000 points and but I told them that we don't need that. We never felt so bad anywhere as the people of united states are very friendly and welcoming. And this incident has just tipped as we are being racially abused.. hope the management will take serious action. But I would never ever visit this place again.
Fun atmosphere still early after work (adults and kids in our group.) Download the app to do the trivia game while you eat. Everything was spicier than we expected -- I ordered spicier wings that I had once at a different location and they were too spicy to enjoy here. The mild wings were too spicy for my wife. That might not be a problem for anyone else though. Also food comes out when it's ready instead of coming out all at once so that's a little annoying if you're with a large group like we had.
Absolutely love this place! Always clean and the staff is so friendly. Ashley is hands down the best waitress, Incredibly helpful and kind and makes going out to eat as a disabled person a breeze. Thursdays at BWW is my new thing. Can't say enough good things about this place.
I think of the BWW in the area this one is pretty up there in quality. Its usually fast service and easy ordering. The layout is also good so you can usually catch a screen to watch something you like. Never had a problem here with service or food.
Made a really large order here for takeout and for the most part, they followed through. We like our wings extra crispy and extra saucy, but it seemed like they only did that to some of the wings. Asian Zing were made perfectly this way, but the honey BBQ were rather dry and the teriyaki were a little slimey. We re-fried the cheese curds bc they got a bit cold and they were really tasty (we also fried our own mozzarella sticks that we had in the freezer and tbh everyone thought the sticks were way better).We asked for extra containers of ranch (these guys seriously have the one of the best ranches I have ever had) and they gave us like 10 containers yay Going to see if I can put them all into a jar to keep in the fridge.We got the loaded nachos but asked for no onions (a true post-covid horror to eat). They said they would have to take out the pico de gallo, but then they ended up taking out like everything else too...? Those are not loaded!Overall though, everything was pretty darn good.
My son ordered using the app and it was quick and easy. We liked how it gave a pick up time so we knew how much time we had also as well as the first order we got free nachos and they were yummy. The food was ready when we got there and it was still nice and warm when we got home. The nachos, fries and wings were all great. My son enjoyed it so much he ordered again the following week trying a burger with wings and again they didn't disappoint. Im sure my son will continue to try more adventurous flavors of wings but I will stick with teriyaki as I cant handle any type of heat but teriyaki is delicious...you should try it.
Very Nice place to go. Good service, good food. my takeout order was done on promised time, quality food, good customer service and order was very accurate which is something I always have trouble sometimes with restaurants. BWW rocks
Disgusting boiled chicken with bland sauce. This was the most disappointing experience. Another order was shorted and another completely wrong. The cashier did not want to correct the overcharge! Would not recommend, gas station sushi would probably be a better choice.
Great wings! I really enjoyed the spicy garlic and Asian zing. They were fried and put in the broiler to make them crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside ??. Not a big fan of the hot and jerk wings ? Excellent service too. All the women kept it sexy and were polite. Recommend
