My granddaughter and I wanted to go out to dinner Someplace nice maybe have a steak,but because she has food issues we choose Bertucci’s in Mt. Laurel where we could just get a large pizza. Place was very nice it was clean service was quick and the waitress was very nice . we ordered our drinks and a large pizza which was half meatball half plain. In the past I have gotten pizzas with meatball on them and they were always a sliced up meatball , this however came with crumpled up ground meat on it which kind of threw me off but I didn’t say anything. It looked real good the crust was thin it was crispy , my first bite however changed my opinion. The cheese was awful didn’t even taste like cheese it tasted like mushy white stuff, but because the pizza was about $20 I ate two slices really not enjoying it. My granddaughter didn’t think hers tasted too well either, we brought home the rest. The next morning I thought oh let me try the pizza maybe it was just me yesterday or maybe it got better overnight I don’t know what I was thinking. I heated a slice with the ground meat on it in the toaster oven took one bite yuck, spit it out and threw the whole rest of the pizza away. I don’t think I’ll ever get a pizza there again.
Had a wonderful dinner here doing the Two for Tuesday pizza. Mariah was our kind waitress and delivered all our pizzas to us hot and ready to eat. The Verde pizza was my favorite! Will definitely come back for that one again.

Average dining experience. Felt like our waitress, although friendly, kept disappearing. The place wasnât crowded so I expected to see her more regularly. The food came out in pieces with our last table mate sitting and waiting a bit longer for her mealâ¦. The food was ok. Lentil soup was like mushâ¦not appetizing at all. The rest of my table seemed to like their meals. Reminded me why I donât go to Bertuccis all that much.
Years ago my husband proposed on his birthday at a Bertuccis, so I just had to have a birthday party for him here. Managers Shannon and Mike took care of my order with care, even the special dietary needs for our guests. Food was great, paced well for each course and my guests were pleasantly surprised at the tastiness of a "chain" pizza place. My vegetarian friends got the best of it, as the roasted veggie pizza was just yummy. Hope we are all around next year for a repeat!
We had a great experience at this Bertucci's. Nice and relaxing atmosphere, food was great and our server Jhavon was AMAZING! He was attentive, informative, personable accommodating and great with my 2 year old. Cannot say enough good things about this man. Would love to be served by him again.
I haven't been to a Bertucci's in more than 10 years. I should have ordered the pizza as their regular entrees have a lot to be desired for sure.
We had a very attentive server and enjoyed our meals during a slow Sunday for dinner.
As we don't live in the area we only get here about once a year or so. However, no matter when it is, we are always made to feel welcome, and enjoy a good meal. Food is consistently very good, and service is excellent.
