Mary L person that takes the orders just very rude and has no costumer service what so ever. Her face says it all… been there several times and she always has that dry personality she needs to be moved somewhere else.. WILL NOT BE COMING BACk HERE.
They forgot my honey mustard pretzels which really make my salad and charged us for it. They need to be more careful in getting orders correct. Also not enough cheddar or toppings in general. Used to be good but lately going downhill.
I had an amazing, healthy salad here today! The restaurant was clean, quick and parking was fairly easy, located right near the center of Morristown. And, the server gave me an extra salad dressing at no additional cost.
I'm not quite sure about all the other negative reviews (clearly, some people can't be pleased no matter how good something is), but this was our first visit to The Salad House in Morristown, and everything was absolutely fantastic, and very fresh! The portions were huge, the staff was friendly and accommodating, specifically Mary! The only two issues, are that parking is a little bit of an issue in Morristown, and the prices are/were a little bit high (which is everywhere, including a package of hot dogs at ShopRite... thanks to Biden). Aside from that, we will return with 100% certainty. A+++++
I was very disappointed in my salad. The portion wasn’t worth what I paid for it. The chicken was dry and I had paid for added cheese, an extra dressing, and bread on the side. There was barely cheese at all and I did not receive the extra dressing or the bread. I’m not sure if the bacon is fresh or bacon bits, but it was so hard I had to pick it out.
Extremely small portions. More greens than other ingredients. Even stingy with the dressing. Will never go here again. A $15 salad should be a $15 salad.
Really good food. It was very busy but not docking stars for that although owners should hire more staff. The salads were fresh and very tastey. I had harvest bowl and the fried chickpeas made it satisfying. Would highly recommend.
I’ve had good experiences when ordering from them. Salads are always promptly made and delicious. The prices are a little high though and a lot of people seem to have problems.
Mary and Matt deserve a raise. Amazing people kind and nice to customers. They make the extra few miles I drive worth it
