I am not from the area but had an apt near this location and decided to try it. I placed an order the night before and went in at my pick up time the following day. I walked into the place and was not greeted and was left quite confused. There were others waiting, claiming that they had been waiting 15 minutes after ordering on the kiosk. There were no staff communicating with the costumers, and one person only comes out, quickly hands the cookies to a customer, then runs back to the kitchen. I had to interrupt to mention that I had an online order. I ended up waiting in the store for 20 minutes before anything happened. So dissatisfied and the cookies dont even look like the photos at all. My ice cream cookie cup order was also incorrect and not very good. Unfortunately I wasted almost $30. Wouldnt visit again.
Can’t say enough good things about this place.Another beautiful location best cookies out here. The cookies were amazing, we got 6, and they were all unique and tasted delicious. I will definitely be back!
Inventive and well-executed cookies. I tried PB 'N J, Brownie Batter Stuffed Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownie Batter Stuffed. Relatively thin cookies, so you can't see the stuffing from looking outside.Requires buying them online 20+ min beforehand, which didn't seem ideal at first, but I liked how the cookies were warm and instantly available when I arrived.
Had the cookies delivered and no issues. I enjoy eating Cookie connect. You can never go wrong ordering from them.
I applied for a job here in July, but was never returned any further information. I didn’t think much of it, but I finally saw that the store opened 6 months later so I decided to try. I am currently still waiting for my order, and not sure if I’m even going to get cookies. When you go in there is no one to greet or direct the line.Once I asked an employee, I was told to use a kiosk to order, but they didn’t work so I used my phone. It said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, so I waited in store. As I was waiting there were people walking in and out confused on the service. Not only that, but others already in the store stated that their orders were supposed to be ready 15-20 minutes ago. When they asked, one returning employee continued to say 15/20 minutes more. By the time I asked and got the same response, I went back to my car. I honestly hope these are the best cookies I’ve ever had because the service is insane for a small cookie bakery. Now it makes sense why I never got a response before. I genuinely feel for the employees as well because it’s obvious that there is no enforced policy to help.
Wish I could have tasted the cookies to write a review about them. Never got the chance. I ordered online and waited in the store for 30 minutes and never got my cookies I left frustrated because no 1 would tell me how much longer. They were also handling doors cabinets credit cards all with the same gloves they were making the cookies it was gross. I hope this place fails don't go here!!
As I was traveling through NJ, I found this gem of a place. As a big believer of “supporting local businesses” I absolutely had to try it out. The staff was so friendly and the treats were delicious! I did however encounter a very rude customer complaining about the wait. In the midst of a pandemic, and short staff just about anywhere you go these days, you would think we would all learn a little patience. You were waiting for a cookie, not an essential product… 10/10 recommend this place! 0/10 recommend being rude to local businesses trying their best to give us slivers of normalcy.

It takes alot for me to write a review but tonight's experience was enough for me to post one. I placed an order at 710PM and had a pickup time at 8PM. There is 0 organization in this place. I arrived at 8PM and got on a line that stretched the entire length of the store. The reason it stretched the entire length of the store was because there was no one working the front desk. Staff would randomly come out to say an order's name and go right back to the kitchen area without helping customers on line. As customers came in no one knew where they were supposed to go to check in so there was a separate line of other online orders. After waiting 30 minutes I left and didn't even bother asking for a refund because there was no one to ask.I saw at least 5 staff in the back. How is it possible that not one single person is working the front desk to check customers in and direct an actual organized line. As owners starting a new store you need to step up and make sure that your business is properly run.
My order took over one hour to make. The price for 4 cookies was $16 and they were definitely not worth it. I was expecting more. Maybe they will get better as they just opened.
