Ask anyone and they will tell you that there is a really dark, eerie and creepy energy with the staff here, most of the staff appear to be certifiably psychotic, as well as very unhappy and miserable people, t's the only Starbucks that has this dark, eerie energy to it, very eerie, go to any other Starbucks and you will feel an entirely different and positive energy. Most people in town don't want to go in because of this ans are going to different nearby locations.
Took forever to make 3 drinks . I notice They prioritize online orders rather than the people who are inside waiting on the drinks . Another couple was waiting and got upset aswell asked the barista what was taking so long. we waited 20 mins for our drinks received the first one and was asked what else did you order? Paid for 2 small 1 large got 2 small 1 med. One of the drinks (Iced matcha with almond milk) was made terribly wrong it was thick dark green I think they added too much matcha. sadly for me $ Had to be thrown out.
What is going on with this place? Every single time they messed up my order. I always get the same thing small cappuccino with almond milk.- The coffee taste is the worst!!- Other times they didn’t put almond milk but regular.- It also happened multiple times that they don’t fill all the way up the cup, they put like half cup together with the foam. Seriously?Besides that, the bathroom is a mess. If they clean it, they forget to clean the changing station for babies. Wth?I’m not going back and I will absolutely not recommend friends to go.
This place is dirty as hell, it is really hurting the brand. You can tell it was not cleaned right in weeks. Employees work well but very unfriendly. Also very slow and have to wait forever. And oh, went on a Sunday afternoon and they run out of bakery!, so nothing to sell. I hope a regional manager will take action here. If not let's wait for Le-Pen Quotidien!
I get a hi from workers know that I go there often. The coffee and service is awesome.
HORRIBLE customer service. When I tried to pay with my debit card, the employee told me he is not a bank. I didn’t realize that I needed to put the debit card in the machine on my own. They spend more time chatting behind the counter than actually helping customers. I waited over ten minutes for a simple cup of coffee although there was no line and I was the first person whose order was taken.
I can’t understand how this Starbucks has even a halfway decent review… this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Starbucks, and I used to frequent the nightmarish locations in Manhattan. We placed a completely simple order, with no changes or special requests. Everything we received was wrong and it took FOREVER to get it. The iced shaken espresso we ordered was an iced coffee with half and half. We were so frustrated with the experience we didn’t even bother trying to have them fix it. Hopefully this is not what it is like here every day. Certainly won’t be trying it again
Cashier never took my name for my order. Tried to give me drinks that were not what I ordered. Got the first drink correct on the first try, got the second drink correct on the third try, after ordering directly from the baristas making the drinks, not the cashier. And it only took about 20 minutes to get two drinks, amazing!
Mobile ordering always says they are out of things. Go into the store and order the same drink, it’s available. They are understaffed. Store is extremely dirty, i.e. needs to be mopped, counters wiped down. I wish this place would really try harder and not just rely on the big name of Starbucks.
I typically have no issues with this Starbucks location, but the store now closes at 2:30 PM, and I don't understand why the hours are still listed inaccurately online. I understand that Covid makes things unpredictable, but inaccurate hours is an issue I've noticed at almost every Starbucks I've been to over the past few months, and it's getting to be really frustrating. Please update the listed store hours to be accurate, it will save customers a lot of time.
