Been going for a year. The food is 3/5, you get what you pay for and comes out fast, but just had a bizarre customer service experience.I ordered 3 miz, left the store, and went back because I forgot to pick up a drink with my combo. The cashier insists I don't get a drink because I explicitly didn't say Combo #2, even though they're the same price and it literally says 3 miz for that option. The lack of foot traffic there makes more sense when the business is ok losing $400 a year from a loyal customer for $1.20 and a bit of power-tripping.

Quintessential late night post-bar spot. This is a no-frills type take-out joint with classic and tasty small bites. The food is made to order, surprisingly fresh, and there is always a good variety. Get here before the line builds.

Gross. Went once, because I was excited for some "authentic empanadas," and never went back. I got food poisoning after I ate here, but the two other people I went with had no problems (maybe I just drew an unlucky hand). The empanadas are frozen/re-heated and not handmade on-site. They are small and expensive - which for me is a dead giveaway for "not good" and "not authentic."

A great concept to have all those different empanadas. I went there excited to try several different ones. They all tasted like old oil and many were away overcooked and dried out. Don't waste your money or time on this place not worth it

Great place. Im a regular customer for many years. Everything I have ever ordered was top notch. Tasty, hot and fresh. Reasonably priced. Parking is hit or miss on the street, but the municipal parking lot is in the rear.

Mediocre at best.As someone who has Puerto Rican background, I had high hopes in having a delicious meal from Raul's empanadas. I was sadly mistaken. To begin, I ordered the three beef combo and instead got one beef and TWO CHICKEN. So let me just say that the chicken empanadas were so dry that the chicken just sadly falls out of the empanada into tiny tiny pieces if you accidentally tip it over. Flavor is okay, and nothing to write to mom about. The beef empanada on the other hand, was a bit more flavorful but almost as dry as the chicken. And the audacity that they had to give me two of those atrocities of a chicken empanada. The rice and beans that I ordered on the side were...how can I say...as bland as white paper. The rice was incredibly mushy and there was absolutely no flavor whatsoever- not even a sprinkle of salt.My drinks were also missing from my order, another reason to upset me with this horrible food.I wont be ordering from this place again unless it was the last place I had to eat at on the planet earth.Do better, Raul's empanadas. Everyone else, do yourself a favor and visit arepas paisas which is maybe around the corner from this restaurant.

We ordered 7 different empanadas and 2 were decent, the others were really dry or tasted almost stale. The chicken was so dry it was hard to eat without a glass of water between bites, and the dough was hard to bite. My husband said the pesto chicken and the beef and cheese were decent. Disappointed!

Best empanadas i have ever had in morristown love em

I’ve ordered here numerous times and the food has always been fantastic.

I got the combo #1 which is 3 rocks and a soda. I tried Inca Kola for the first time ever too. So delicious! Highly recommend :)
