I stopped by here during my lunch break & sat inside. The food here is so fresh and authentic ! The cabbage soup was so good and I don’t even like cabbage lol My waiter was very nice & prompt. I’ll definitely be here again to try more things.
Love this place! Very nice trendy place with very good food. Much people and servants and louder music so feels really busy which makes it less attractive for a quiet romantic dinner but great for a night out with friends!!
A new local favorite of ours. Efficient, polite service. Pad Thai was delightfully nutty with hints of fish sauce & fresh spice. Pineapple fried rice is another favorite - we’ve tried both veggie & chicken. If you’re looking for basil, both the noodles & fried rice are good options. We haven’t tried many of the starters but the chicken satay was delicious the time that we ordered. Great portions for the $.
We visited for lunch to try out the food. It was not up to my expectations. Lunch menu was not that great taste, but salad was very good. Mango sticky rice Desert was also good. Best part is roti channai was great. They gave me egg drop soup as vegetarian ( ? ), for vegetarians make sure to ask before you eat.
Warm & Cosy Restaurant. The food is light, less spice and perfect for an evening dinner. Spring Rolls & the Basil fried rice is a must try.
We recently moved from northern New Jersey and absolutely love Thai and Malaysian food. Since we have no access to quality Asian food, we tried Malay as the reviews were outstanding. Unfortunately, we had an absolutely terrible meal. All four of us gave it 1-star and we’re confounded as to how the food could have been that bad and that far off from authentic Thai and Malaysian cuisine. I have never posted a review here but felt compelled to warn people.
Really authentic Malaysian fare. We had the deep fried snapper with black bean sauce. The fish was so fresh and the flavors were great. We also had the squid with “Malay” sauce in Malaysia this would be equivalent to the Kam Heong sauce- it was amazing. We also had the sizzling tofu with minced chicken so flavorful and rich. It exceeded our expectations!
Very good food, ambience, service. Parking is a challenge on a busy Saturday evening although the place was not very crowded. Prices are very reasonable and it is BYOB. We enjoyed this place with a group of 6 people. Recommended for Thai food.
Two of us shared rendang with chicken and Malay char kway teow. I loved the former - - that onion/lemongrass curry is uniquely delicious. My only criticism is both dishes had the ? "hot and spicy" symbol, but there was almost no spiciness in either.
Customer service and food taste was exceptional. This place has been added to our ToGo dinner list.
