Horrible. I keep trying to give this place a chance. They have taken Covid excuses to a whole new level. So irresponsible. They sent my daughter a salad w nuts on it even though I explicitly told them about her nut allergies. When I called them after receiving the order they refused to accept responsibility. Will never frequent or order from Rod’s ever again.
Rude, rude, rude!!!This is a very un friendly I am in town for work. Wanted to have a couple of beers at the bar and order dinner. Based on bar tenders recommendation I ordered the chicken. After a half an hour, I asked if my order was in. I was told “you had three beers and sat here for an hour, then ordered the longest thing on the menu to cook, and are asking where it is?” The bar was not busy, and really didn’t not know it took so long. I was merely asking status. The bartender jumped on me like I was asking when Covid would be over WOW!!!!Sorry, these people should learn something about being simple cordial to others.I only went here because I was staying at the hotel next door. Nice hotel bad restaurant..
Wonderful service - limited menu because of CoVid but still worth going for a meal.(FYI ' for those compromised, People at bar maskless and it was crowded,)All servers were amazing and masked. Food was delicious!Going g back but going to ask to sit in train cars next time.

Beautiful space lots of friendly people prices are a little expensive but that's to be expected in such an exclusive club. Really enjoyed it
Very nice atmosphere and fairly attentive service. Only stopped for a cocktail and appetizers though
