I ordered crispy chicken salad there was like one piece of chicken it it., not even a whole egg and no crispy noodles . Lady stated they were out of them . They should have asked me if I still wanted the salad with no noodles and they should put something else to complete the salad in return . It is way overpriced for the money. Also they say free sundae yet you have to open an app which is horrible . There are so many apps on phone who wants another one .
I have always loved Friendly's and have been coming here for years. Food was great - service was great. I haven't been here for for awhile and came for lunch yesterday. I was disappointed in the quality of food - something has changed and not for the better. And I was shocked that you have now discontinued breakfast, which was one of my favorites. Friendly's was known for their great breakfast and now it's gone.
I went here to get ice cream. The workers were so rude. We had to wait while the worker were on their phones looking at us. One of the workers came out and started sweeping and was sweeping the dirt on to my sisters shoes and proceeded to ask us to move while we were ordering. Never going here again!
My waitress, Kelly was very rude and it seemed like she didn’t have a good night. She would throw things at us and wasn’t kind at all. I’ve been coming here for some time and I never had a problem. But tonight there were green leaves in my milkshake, got brown stuff on my napkins, and yellow stain on my plate. This was a DISGUSTING experience, and I don’t recommend coming back to this location. Unless you have a nice, kind waitress.
Many friendly's have been shut down, I'm glad this one isn't. It's my go-to for the Reese's peanut butter cup Sunday. ??

I don’t know what is going with the salads at friendlys it is either to little or Iceberg Lettuce, who still uses bitter iceberg. The worst salad ever and this is my second but last time wasting my money. Salad house of Morristown is worth my money. My essential co workers did nothing but complain we order 4 salad and no one was satisfied. We now eating donuts.
Marquis was the best waiter I have had in these franchise places. He was on TOP of it all. Came by to make sure food was prepared properly; recommended various items to order; and, always with a smile.
If you like Friendly’s you will love this one, in business for over 50 years! Food and service are exactly what I expect from this venerable restaurant chain that I first discovered as a teenager in 1968
Yummy, yummy food, and made a delivery to my car to accommodate my handicap! However, I did unfortunately see 1 person working in the kitchen, who I'm certain wasn't using the "regulation COVID" process of handling food! As I watched from my parking spot, I saw a gloved man munching on something that looked small in size (like ice cream toppings, nuts, etc.). The munching wasn't the problem! The fact that his gloved hand was touching his mouth/mustache with each mouthful, while being on duty, standing around, waiting to fill incoming customer orders, WITH THAT SAME GLOVED HAND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM!! Now, since I COULDN'T SEE HIM ACTUALLY FILLING AN ORDER with a "unclean" glove, I CAN'T LAY COMPLETE BLAME. It was just something I was watching and not liking, in this time of COVID! W/o the proof, the 4 stars were for everything else. Great food and service that I did receive that day!
