First of all that Dunkin on Lafayette Ave is terrible. That Mehendra the manager in morning is horrible never says good morning. He charges for every thing. And today I get a iced coffee no ice WTH. THats why I stop going there for while. See if they change they haven't. Only ones that are good are Hannah and Sunl. Great workers. I have been getting coffee from you for long time and you don't care obviously. People who read this dong go there not worth the aggravation. HORRIBLE DUNKIN

I walked in and started looking at the menu up on the screen which is hard to read because it’s so far away and in small text. As I’m trying to decide what I want to purchase, the cashier lady is just standing there giving me this dirty death stare (I was the only person in line). Made me feel very unwelcome

The staff is so rude and nasty every time. Don't support this DD! There is no reason to be rude and nasty, they are not Americans and it may be there culture but you're in America BE NICE!
A typical Dunkin location, a little on the small side but has everything you need from Dunkin.
Staff I'd very slow
Changed a lot since I was last in one. No sleeves for hot cups. No chocolate frosted donuts without sprinkles. Was quick, hot and fresh so it was fine.
I really like this dunkin donuts the staff is friendly, and its usually never busy. They always make sure that my food is nice and warm.
