I usually don't visit dunkin' anymore. I haven't found one that understands the concept of "extra ice" and "slightly sweet". Today I gave them another chance because it was right there. I ordered a iced dirty chai thinking it was a safe choice. I couldn't even drink it honestly. It was gross. Waste of money. I give them an extra star cuz I like the donuts and this particular Dunkin has the twisted cheese pretzel bread. One of my favorites. As for the coffee, meh...
Dunkin by my work, so I practically live there... caffeine is essential to my job (teacher). You can eat in, take out and app, Door Dash used for deliveries, and drive thru.Then is updated and healthier. My suggestion is the new eggwhite veggie bites, as well as anything with oatmilk.
Unacceptable my worst experience ever! a dead fly in my ice coffee. And once I went in and told them they couldn’t care less. This place is 0/0
Not only the coffee was fresh-brewed, the bagel warm and toasty and the service friendly and prompt but what really caught my eye was that the food was perfectly wrapped courtesy of Monique (photo added). I will definitely be back at this Dunkin formore... ???

We're from Minnesota. My love of Dunkin Donuts especially the vanilla creme Dunkin Donuts comes from multiple visits in Boston. My complaint in Minnesota and now at this location is that the donuts need more creme. Huge store with multiple donuts. :)

This is one of the two worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Long drive thru line, decided to go in only to find the building locked. No warning. Several customers after me were too disappointed. Not the first time of getting bad service here but the LAST.
My Coffee is always great - no complaints there… but this is an huge issue I have gone there 3 times in the last 2 weeks at 6.30am and even 7am and there were no donuts!!!! Not a one .. how can it be a Dunkin’ with no donuts ???♀️
