Pizza took well over an hour to be delivered from a store less than 2 miles away. It arrived extremely cold, tasting like it was made yesterday and left out all night. I was told they have a shortage of drivers. My expectations were not high, but they managed to still disappoint. No refund was offered despite complaint.
I placed an order that was supposed to take 20 min but turned into an hour and a half. the driver forgot my drink and he said he’d bring it back. the driver never showed ofc. I called the restaurant to get a refund for it and he was literally just saying umm umm the whole time over the phone and never got a refund I’m not mad but like why lie and have me wait around. I just want a refund for my drink that’s all!
I thought it was contactless delivery, but the driver seemed shocked when i expected him to come upstairs and leave it at my door. When you order online, you're asked to tip the driver BEFORE he even provides any service, so I guess thats why "no tip" is one of the options they privide. Why should you get a tip if you dont understand contactless delivery? I didn't like being made to feel like he was doing me a favor to simply leave it outside my door. You need to explain it better so he doesn't get aggravated. I blame management. Not the driver. Oh, well.
Consistent quality from this franchise. Customer service is good and everything is hot and fresh.
The staff are rude, they won’t deliver even to all of 07960, and the food is subpar. You’re in NJ…get real pizza at one of the many pizza places nearby.
We got pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. The sauce is flavorful. We enjoyed our dinner. The “tracker” let us know when it was ready so we didn’t wait. We will get this again.

I just ordered my food a hour ago and they took my money and never delivered my food. Don’t go here they don’t care about their customers.
This Dominos always messes up delivery. The food has always been wrong and delivered over 1.5 hours later. It's the worst every time. My son loves dominos but they are always a let down. I will not bother ever again.
