Nov 2019, the food here is not bad. The restaurant has plenty of seating inside with booths and tables and the bar area has plenty of seating as well. The place is clean, and what I noticed about the women’s rest room that I liked is that they have a clipboard on the wall logging in when it was last cleaned. Our waitress was wonderful. Now, for our dinner - I had the Burger which was ok, I had better at “Bareburger”. The bun was soft and I did like the special sauce they put on it, however the meat was thin not really thick, very disappointing for $15. Loved the Fries, thin and just the right amount of salt. My friend ordered the Ribs, that fell off the bone and the BBQ sauce was flavorful, I am sorry I did not or the Ribs instead of the Burger. As for parking you need to park in a lot, unless you park at a meter with a two hour limit. On thing about Morristown, every block has Meters, or require a Parking Permit, so don’t think you will park anywhere for free. All and all, there are so many restaurants in Morristown we look forward to trying something different next time we are in the area.

Good food and good ambience. We had one vegetarian, one vegan, one gluten free one omnnivore and a 16 month month old and we all had a satisfactory meal each!

They have great options and the menu changes seasonally. But it is eclectic so check before you go in case their isn't something for everyone. Their drink menu is amazing, always have a lot of options.

I got Mediterranean Salmon salad and it was 3/5. Spinach dip was good. My colleague who got quesadilla wasn't as impressed. Service was good and so was the ambiance of the food.

Had a group dinner with colleagues and it was nice.. it was a Wednesday evening and the place was packed and with a good vibe. Food was good but nothing "out of this world". Service was nice, maybe too pushy with the constant question about "do you need something else" "any more drinks", etc. But I understand that's part of their job.

My friend and I went looking for a new dining experience and found Urban Table I had only been there for lunch in the past. The menu was small but perfect for our needs. We shared 2 appetizers- Avocado Toast topped with mashed avocado, tomato, corn,& feta cheese. It was served on a toasted ciabatta type bread and served at a perfectly delectable temperature. We could have just ordered several portions of this appetizers and been happy! The calamari served with sliced, hot peppers( just a touch for interest) and basil aioli. I have a garlic sensitivity so the served graciously sent out the manager who assured me they would prepare my meals with that in mind. They went out of their way to be sure we were happy with our choices. Although the calamari was delicious, it was very soggy, not crisp and light as it should be. Better draining after frying or a higher frying temp would have helped. We both ordered the barbeque ribs- 1/2 portions. The ribs were served with very tasty coleslaw and crisp, French fries- both delicious. The ribs were cooked perfectly but were overly salted. The barbeque sauce had a wonderful flavor other than the high sodium. If this is a homemade sauce it would greatly help to eliminate the salt otherwise select a more healthy and tastier product. The ribs melted in your mouth. I was able to tolerate the sauce more than my friend. We had several cocktails -all well prepared and Irish coffee with homemade cream topping it. Although delicious, our suggestion is to garnish it, not drown it as it overpowered & cooled the coffee too quickly. We both enjoyed our experience at Urban Table and will return. The manager and both servers were professional and made us feel welcomed. I enjoyed that they listened to my suggestions without taking offense. I taught culinary for many years so my recommendations were to be helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Morristown whether for a great lunch or light dinner. Thank you for helping to make this an enjoyable experience.

Wanted so badly to love this place. The name makes me think of delicious farm to table fare with an emphasis on local and small batch food and drinks. Disappointingly, it is not so. The food and drink are ok. The atmosphere is ok. Everything is just mediocre about this place. Not bad, but not great.

A good lunch was had by all- we were on a rush and they came through with good food and quick service. Everyone got everything as ordered.

Wanted a cool relaxed spot to recharge after a hot humid Friday. We’ve been here several times and as usual the staff was wonderful and the drinks and apps were delightful. We had the Buffalo Chicken meatballs and tuna tartare starter and as always they were amazing! Our only hiccup was with the Buttermilk Fried Chicken dinner, it was breaded chicken cooked perfectly however it had no flavor. The same feedback applies to the Mac & cheese served with the chicken. We’ve loved the Buttermilk fried chicken in the past but it’s definitely not the same. The other disappointing food experience was the fries. They previously had these delicious matchstick fires that we were dying to enjoy again however they’ve switched to a different product - not even close! We’ll be back as we love the staff, vibe and most of the food but we miss our old favorites noted above.

The energy is just amazing here. It’s got a real Manhattan vibe, very trendy. The food is fresh and delicious and they are always nice about making substitutions. The waitstaff is wonderful as well. There are very few outside tables but worth waiting for if you like people/dog watching. The Morristown green is sort of across the street. Eaten here many times and always a great experience! Beer selection is nice and prices are very good.
