We ordered 2 bacon gouda sandwiches. One came out immediately, meanwhile my girlfriends did not come out . We waited 20 minutes and when we asked they said they ran out of the food. They were nasty and rude, and we did not have time to get new food or a refund. don’t waste your time going here it’s horrific.
Great location in the middle of montclair center. Drjnks always prepared well but could take some time since staffing has been an issue. Recently, the staff numbers have increased which has helped. I recommend ordering on the app if you are in a rush. Spot also has tables and booth areas for getting work done but don’t expect much privacy since this location is on the smaller side.

This Starbucks has been shut down. It is not open and gone. They removed the store front sign.

THANKFULLY Java Love Roasting Co coffee shop is across the street & always open!, so just pivot to there if this Starbucks disappoints.Online this Starbucks says it’s open, most times it’s not. Sometimes there’s a note on their door saying they’ll be closed, most times there isn’t. And even when they’re open, the workers are disregarding and move with 0 urgency, almost as though they’re in their living rooms chilling instead of proactively tending to customers. Plus there’s a pastry shortage at this location so ya never know what they have in stock- fun. At least they put a note on the door for that. But then, why open if you don’t have the products to sell that makes Starbucks, well…Starbucks! It’s frustrating & I wish management would intervene to run their operations better for the loyal Montclair residents who’ve been patronizing their business for years. In short, disappointing.
They are always closed, i understand with the times we are in that getting supplies can be difficult or limited but every week they are closed.

Open again! But missing a lot of ingredients that do not reflect on the mobile app so know that your order may not be made when you arrive due to product shortage. Be nice to them, this has to be stressful for them too!
