Disability that the menu board just listed a few of the drinks available.
Very friendly but chai was a bit watery (drank immediately after making it) and supplies were low (napkins/tp). But they were very busy after a college visit and very good on timing of making things.
Baristas are always nice. Pre-ordered drinks are always ready on time and correctly made to order.
Nice and spacious with good seating.
Very convenient location in Target located in Fairfield, NJ. The friendly cashier is always there for my Sunday run!
As Lil B says, it’s alright like Siren for PS2
Put bluntly, the manager of this location needs to be fired. The staff vary in ability and customer service from high to zero, which is to be expected, but they are clearly either understaffed or poorly directed. Simple orders can take 25 or 30 minutes to fill, and there is at best a 50% chance your name will be called when ready. Just as likely it will sit hidden on the counter until you directly ask for it. Never, ever expect food to be warm. If you order more than one item, never expect them to arrive within 10 minutes of each other, sometimes that gap can be as long as 30 minutes. Corporate needs to do something. I am not singling out any member of the staff, but as a team their product is a wreck, and that falls on management.
I go to this Starbucks often and usually have great service. However, they were extremely rude over an incident. On October 18th around 3:40 pm, I mobile ordered a Birthday cake pop. After I got in the car and my mom drove off, I opened the bag to see this. It looks like pumpkin muffin got on the cake pop. I don't know why a Starbucks employee thought this was appropriate to serve. Many people have severe allergies, and food should not be cross contaminated. Because I did not know exactly what the orange stuff was and have allergies, I could not eat this. I called, and asked for a refund. He told me that I can not get refunded over the phone, and can get a refund the next time I come in. Then hung up on me. I finally came back today (Oct 27th) at around 10:40 am. This employee was giving me a hard time, and rudely said "If you need a refund you must come in the day of." My response was, "don't serve cross contaminated food to customers who have allergies." She stared at me in confusion and finally gave me a refund. I care less about the refund. It's the fact that none of these employees realize how serious cross contamination is. After this experience, I feel like reporting this location. A customer could die because of their negligence. Food allergies are very serious. I understand that foods can squish together. But, this cake pop was obviously cross contaminated.
One of the better examples of the breed. Knowledgeable and courteous staff and typical Starbucks fare.
Came in to pick up after my scheduled time, was told it wasnt ready yet. Made me wait 10 mins, turns out it was sitting there all along. Food got cold too
