Just sensational! I can't believe my wife and I haven't visited before. This has the warmth of a cozy NYC Italian restaurant, with a friendly, attentive staff and amazing food. We will definitely be back.
Wonderful experience. Food is fantastic and super fresh.Service a bit slow but overall very pleased. Highly recommend if you enjoy good tasting food made with fresh ingredients.
Great food and service. Tight accommodations but they are making the best out of the intimate settings. It's a BYOB location. We forgot. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I ordered the apple pie (ish) dessert with ice cream. More ice cream for the size of the dessert would have been nice so if I ordered again, I'd request 2 scoops.Reservations suggested as they fill up quickly.
The service was good. Our shrimp in pasta was undercooked. We sent it back. Still undercooked and probably from a frozen shrimp supermarket bag. They were mini shrimp which was disappointing. Will never order that dish again. The other food was tasty.
A friend and I went for dinner early on a Saturday. While the food was great, the service was AWFUL. We were rushed throughout the entire dinner. They took the appetizer away as I was still eating it and didn't even ask if we were finished. The main course was out before we were even finished with the appetizer, which was snatched before we finished it anyway. I specifically asked them to not rush the food. They would not allow us to order an appetizer while we decided on the main course. They actually asked us to leave at one point. We even ordered dessert and coffee. They rushed the couple next to us as well. They asked them to leave as well. The staff were very rude. I am disappointed and do not think I'll be back. It is unfortunate as the food was good.
We had a reservation yet waited almost 30 minutes, standing in an already tight corridor. Hostess is short and avoids saying anything to us. She seemed annoyed by the fact that we walked in. Waiter hastey and rude. Poor customer service before even sitting down.
Really liked it here and apparently so did others, it was very busy. Food and service were excellent.. not often I enjoy every course completely. Really good grilled octopus starter, nice thick beautifully cooked veal chop for main and bread pudding for dessert. Excellent. Well done!
We had a wonderful family dinner at Pappardelle, and it just got into our list of favorite local restaurants. Absolutely delicious dishes and great service. As you can see in the picture, the dish was so good it was missing a piece by the time we remember to photograph it! They also have plenty of vegetarian options, which I love!
This was so bad. First, the swordfish came out with a very fish taste but a very bad taste. Then, I asked for salmon well done and grilled. Can’t ruin that right? Wrong! It came out raw and in a sauce that was cold. Mashed potatoes tasted like pure butter. Never again!
We’ve dined at Pappardelle several times and the food and service has been excellent. Over the last 20 years, the restaurant has had a different name and ownership but this is the best version of the restaurant. So nice to have them close to home. We had Thanksgiving dinner there today with all the traditional fixings and it was wonderful!! Great place.
