It was my first time ordering here for delivery (using Panera app). I always had a great experience with rapid pickup and food quality at the Essex Green, West Orange branch, so I was expecting a hassle-free delivery experience. I specifically included a request on my order to put the chicken on the side for my salad. When it came, it was mixed in with the greens. And NO DRESSING was provided. Also, I wished they would check the tick box on the sticker label to indicate which sandwich is inside to avoid opening each one.Overall, it was a disappointing experience especially since I'd ordered from Panera many times before (rapid pick-up). I was planning to have a super simple birthday dinner tonight, but it didn't turn out well. Hope they do better next time.
Worst customer service. The cashier rung me up for the wrong salad. I didn't realize until it was ready and I saw what it was. I brought it to someone's attention and they refunded me the difference and told to cooks to make me the correct salad. After seeing people order after me and get their food before me, I went to the back and asked how much longer it was going to take, turns out they forgot to even make it.
I ordered a soup and my bread came like this. I guess no knifes around and had to use their hands ?
Had horrible customer experience at Cafe #601501. The black "lady" with two long braids and tattoos was so nasty. I stood for almost half an hour waiting for my to-go order. What was the point of ordering ahead? If she has such a nasty attitude, don't work there! I tipped before hand because I know the lunch hour can be overwhelming but that was ridiculous.
The food is goodthe service is very nicebut it’s disturbing that almost everybody behind the counter is wearing their mask wrong leaving their nose exposedwhy bother? Also I’ve prepaid my coffee and there has been no decaf available for close to half an hour and I keep asking for some and nothing happens
I have no complaints about Panera Bread. Food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. 4stars

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly at any establishment like this panera bread.We ordered delivery $50 of food and tipped $10.They forgot the bread. My husband asked the delivery person where it was and the delivery person said someone else checked it and he quickly left. And so then we called the Panera repeatedly and the phone was never answered.So I drove over to this Panera and I told a cashier what happened. She walked over to the manager and they laughed and chatted for a while before the manager finally came over to me.The manager yirehnell told me not to yell and that she couldn’t give me a full refund. I wasn’t yelling at this woman. I explained again that I was super hungry and trying to eat, I spent a lot of money and how the delivery driver didn’t help us, no one answered the phone, etc.The cashier person was joking saying “biiiiiiiiiitch” to another employee and I was ignored when I asked why she was saying that. Then I got told that I was holding up the line and told to go by a kiosk. I said no because I wanted to leave. I got a $30 refund eventually after feeling humiliated and almost crying in the store. I did not get a free treat.
slowest location. takes 30 minutes for a rapid pickup that should take 15 max. you'll get a notification saying your order is ready, you get there and wait another 15 minutes. staff mopes around and look lethargic all the time.
