Bad service, tried to get the order taker to repeat the order in order to verify it. He had an issue. Poor service and disrespectful. Try taking the orders outside of a train station.

Food is always reliably good. Delivery is quick and the driver’s are always nice.
I ordered my food and was told it would take 10 minutes. I arrived 15-20 minutes and was greeted. I kindly mentioned my order and was ignored the rest of the time. It was 4pm and no one else was in the restaurant. Granted, they were making some orders but they weren't busy and actually started prepping new meals. The woman that was near the counter wasn't doing any task. After a few minutes, I just walked away. I won't be going back to this establishment.
I wanted to like this place but I’m disgusted!! I drank most of my drink just for me to get close to the bottom and see a little bug in it. I want to throw up right now! I’m never going back
New Jin Lin has very horrible communication skills !! I just ordered food and they did not communicate they were outside . When I was outside clearly waiting for the man for ten minutes , they were screaming at me and we’re not pleasant due to miscommunication. New Jin Lin needs better people skills .
