I have always ordered through Uber Eats, and I get Penne Vodka Pasta with Crispy Chicken and sometimes a chocolate soufflé.The Pasta and dessert are delicious. The pasta is creamy with the perfect texture, and the chicken is nice and crispy. For the dessert, Amazing taste, and I love the ice cream and sauce that comes with it.My only food complaint is the soufflé always comes in different sizes, and it gets upsetting to be receiving something so small (smaller than the size of a palm) while being expensive.For the service, I understand being short staff and unable to send orders out on time. But I would prefer to have a clear response to when my order would be ready when I call/ asked in person. Having to wait more than 45 minutes while I could've been working is quite upsetting and the response is "soon" isn't great. I will say no one was extremely rude but it was more of the vague responses that makes me feel frustrated.Overall, I recommend trying this place out if you enjoy food but don't mind waiting.
Food is not what I thought! Fried Mac and cheese taste juuuust like kaft Mac& cheese from the box.. it wasn't a pleasant taste at all. And the marinara sauce they use for the parmesan chicken was horrible it wasn't even season nor was the chicken season it was just all bland I wish I would have saved my 80 something dollars. Garlic bread couldn't bite through it. Just a very horrible dinner night at this place... Never again!!!
Today was my first time ordering. It was so good, we ordered again the same night. I love the meatballs. The sweet sausage sandwhich was delicious too. I am so pleased and impressed by this restaurants food. The delivery man was kind and brought our food up the stairs. Thank you for being my chef twice in one day. I recommend ordering delivery.
Great local authentic Italian restaurant. I usually take out, but the dine in experience seems cozy and quaint.
Palazzo is a hidden gem in Montclair. The food is outstanding and fresh. The wait staff was exceptional. All pasta homemade and delicious. This place is a must

If I could leave a zero stars I would. I order thru Uber Eats. The Montclair pasta Company establishment release my food to a none verified Uber driver. This is not Uber‘s fault!!! This is the establishments fault for not checking what driver is picking up their customers Food. So when my real Uber driver got there the establishment told him it was giving to someone else.I called the establishment and asked to speak to a manager. But by my luck they handed the phone over to the Owner himself!! When I had explained the situation and told him that my driver was still waiting outside. And asked if he can please make my order over and hand it to my driver who was patiently waiting for over a half hour!!! He told me there was nothing he could do very rudely and finished by telling me (do what I have to do) twice in a very nasty disrespectful voice. Then hung up the phone in my face. I would not recommend this establishment for anybody whatsoever the owner needs a real attitude adjustment!!! And a lesson on how to treat his customers better. Especially when they’re spending over $100 dolors in his restaurant!!
It's a little confusing because the name on the building isn't Montclair Pasta Company. It's pretty expensive for the pastas once you do your configuration but I will say they do give you a LOT of pasta. I had tortellini Alfredo with meatballs. The tortellini was great but the meatballs were pretty bland and may be better suited for a red sauce dish.
Paid close to $60 for below average food because it has a 4.5 rating on Uber eats so I thought it would be worth the hype, but it only tasted ok because it was fried, but besides that no flavor. Was left so dissatisfied and the apple tart came a lil bit on the burnt side. Wouldn't order from here again.
First time I ever ordered from them I got the penne all vodka without meat or anything 20$ total I barely got any sauce, bland noodles—that was back in April. BUT The second time I ordered from them on June 3, 2021 Fettuccini Alfredo with breaded chicken total $26 , It was the best breaded chicken I’ve had in my life it was made to utter perfection I wish I can buy that dish for the rest of my life but 26$ would add up ?. The sauce was delicious too.
