One of my fav spots in town to get some good Ice-cream, best of all they are healthy very light. Today I tried the coconut and pretzel flavor, loved it! The place is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Kids love it !
The young staff that worked there was friendly, but I have to say it seems they were all young and not one older adult there supervising any of them at all.They were laughing and talking, standing over the OPEN "add ons" for the frozen yogurt and I didn't feel it was appropriate to be doing so. All the food out in the open and not covered just didn't seem like a good mix to me. Maybe an improvement with covers on each one of the candies, sprinkles, etc. would assure your customers a better safer experience.And perhaps a few more options of frozen yogurt than what is on the menu already would be better as well. Thank you!
This was the most unsanitary experience ever. Children were leaning and reaching into the toppings unsupervised by their parents or staff. The yogurt fountains were sticky and uncleaned. Kids were putting their dirty hands on the fountain nossles to catch the yogurt. Customers were caught licking the yogurt that was in their cup and then proceeded to touch the same contents of the cup with the toppings spoon. A staff member needs to supervise the lobby because kids should not be allowed to touch the yogurt machines or tamper with the toppings ??
5 stars for being able to put our own topping on again. So many places don't let you out exactly what you want. That's the whole fun in froyo

The ice cream is really tasty and loved it!! But the boba they had sucked.I am still reviewing 5 stars for the icecream as i really recommend this location. The employees are also so helpful. Any place that has a good customer service means they always are looking to improve based on customer satisfaction and they are amazing!Good job
I have always enjoyed the froyo whenever I go here. I usually get the tahitian vanilla, original tart. This time I got to try the mango sorbet and the acai flavor. Everything was so good. I love adding the mochi, fresh fruit and the different flavor bobas.
Simple and to the point! Clean and organized, everything was labeled . Definitely can get expensive so take it easy and remember it will be weighed. Kind of tight in the checkout area. Otherwise it was a cool place , I’d return. It would be awesome to add more outdoor seating.
This place only hires if you look white. They do not tell you about “unpaid trainings” and just cut you off after you worked long hours with no pay. The manager uses the excuse of “miscommunication” to cover up the fact that he does not know how to run a business or inform a HIRED associate that his/her training is unpaid and that they are looking around for other people even though they were hired and promised to be on the schedule. Very discriminatory and unprofessional. If you aren’t white, do not even bother applying.
Was my parents first experience with froyo and they absolutely loved it! Highly highly recommend it. Also love the staff that were incredibly amazing
