I have bought tea there a couple of times was great , but yesterday was horrible the bubbles in the cold drink was kind of warm ,in covid times please dont be talking over open drinks , these two ladies were talking the whole time from getting the cups to getting ice etc.. like please serve the customers first then continue your personal conversation
Waited 20 mins for a coco cream drink and ended up with a cup of whole milk with ice and sugar boba on the bottom. Zero coconut flavor, barely sweetened. Waste of time and money. My sisters Thai tea was light brown and traditionally it’s a shade of orange. Disappointing.
I ordered through the app. this was not the first time I had used it. However, this was my first time at this place. The app showed me that I had to wait 30 minutes for my order ,no problem with this , but when I got to the store , my order wasn't ready. so I HAD TO WAIT LONGER because they didn't see one of my orders. they were hanging out, talking instead of paying attention to orders. I walked out of the store and realized that my order was not what I bought! I had bought extra bubbles, but they didn't put them in. I was so disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for!
Patiently waited a half hour for 1 drink. Many people who ordered after me received their drinks first. When i say many, i am talking 10+ people. When I asked about the drink the employee stated: "we are going to make it right now." Came to this location mid day Sunday. Stay organized management.
Parking is on street side which makes it a little complicated to access. A good alternative is ordering online for pick up which makes it fast and convenient. The drinks are great and consistent.
Potential but lacking in 2 areas. Tea was good but don't think I'll be back there.1) had my young twin boys with me. Every song was just filled extreme profanity.2) Not well managed. Taking orders from people that walked in after us.
I had a Pineapple Slushy with Mango popping bubbles and it was great! Great vibe inside as well. Chalk artwork on walls ?
I have visited this location multiple times and I have always had a pleasant time. The owners often work shifts and they are very nice people. Their drinks are consistent and the topping servings are plenty. The store has board games that you can play with your friends and family. One of the best parts of this store is that you can order ahead if you don't want to wait and they also deliver on Uber Eats. Highly recommend this location versus other locations nearby.
Super affordable, great quality teas, and patient staff! Love the Hershey's cocoa with coffee popping bubbles. Amazing!
Great service !!Had diarrhoea after one on the drinks but that one was on me because my stomach doesn't react well to dairy, lol..(P.s: Don't get the pudding its just milky plastic)
