The food is great but the customer service is not. There is no structured line so even if you call ahead you end up waiting forever. I also called in an order and the man at the counter gave me attitude because I didn’t know what my number was even though I was never given one or could not hear it with all the noise on the phone line. Treat your paying customers with respect.
Go to spot for fast and delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. Their always busy and always good.
Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese, for 2 dry bagels. Ordered a TEG toasted, got it untoasted. Phone number doesn't work to call. Bad experience. Never again.
For those who know proper Jersey bagels, this is all I need to say: Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and so much spread that on your first bite it comes out the other side.

The absolute best bagel store in the area. I drive two towns over to get their food even though there's a bagel store a few blocks from my apartment. BTW their deli sandwichs are just as bangin' as their breakfast. For lunch try the Bruce Willis it's one the best pastrami sandwichs in NJ. For breakfast get a classic egg sandwich on a bagel or try my invention that they hook up. Order a cheese steak w/ peppers and onions on a sub and then tell them to add 3 scrambled eggs, salt and pepper ??
In terms of the food always great quality and usually very friendly and accommodating staff unfortunately that was not my experience last time I went there with my 87-year-old grandmother they were clearly overcapacity had close to 70 to kids inside mostly unmasked packed in the store literally brushing up against us not waiting in line when I ask the store to please ask them to just back up a little bit so that we could pay without being pressed on or ppl less than 1 ft away breathing people on us at close range with no masks, the younger “owner” (probably a close relative of the actual owners) told me “they’re the owners they can do what they want, and they are not obligated to follow Covid guidelines. Then just stated, “We cant control how many kids come in , for us just not to come in during this time if I don’t wanna deal with this” .. I explain to him that I’ve been coming there for over 25 years even when I was in high school eating there with just as many kids but never seen the store run in this manner. Also the line usually goes outside like the surrounding establishments .. The store was definitely over Health capacity and the person I spoke with definitely cared nothing for observing Covid safety protocols. I believe if the older owner I’m familiar with was there, he definitely would have not been as rude and possibly made the situation more orderly. Food is great but Not going back until they get it together. Highly disappointed !!!

Ordered 2x from them. I order the California classic club and I got a regular club .. I tried calling and no pick up .. I double checked my order and I read what I got but it wasn't it ..
Great Breakfast spot love their bagels and cream cheese Bacon was delicious.
