Went there for a VEGAN MILKSHAKE, which they offer. When I ordered it, the young man asked what he was supposed to make the milk shake with because they only had regular milk… why offer VEGAN milkshakes, when you don’t offer vegan milk options?
Good flavors, but absolutely terrible service. Staff seemed confused as to what they were doing and generally indifferent to actually serving customers.

We've had the ice cream here and it is delicious, however on Saturday I came in to pick up an ice cream cake (Oreo) I had ordered a couple of weeks before. Somehow my order had fallen through the cracks and they didn't have it. Jada called the Caldwell store and they were able to deliver one. She was very helpful and calmly dealt with the situation while other customers where interrupting her and adding to her stress. I am so grateful that she was able to do that. The ice cream cakes are very tasty and I recommend them for any occasion!
Delicious gelato spot located in Montclair with other locations.Many delicious flavors to choose from. You can’t go wrong with what you pick! I also highly recommend you take a look at their freezer for some to-go treats. The icecream sandwiches are to die for!! Highly recommend!
First time to this location, I am incredibly impressed! I was helped by a very informative young man, “Tim,” who seemed very excited to help me around the different flavors this store offers, and even explain to me the difference between ice cream and gelato… I never knew!I’ve never had a cup of pistachio so tasty. This happy customer will be coming back many more times
Amazing, Very warm and welcoming!!! To start you are greeted with open arms as if you are at a relatives house! My wife loved this feeling and she mentioned it several times as we went through the menu. We started with the mezze app sampler and we had all of the hits! I can't stress enough how delicious and fresh every dish was prepared. For entrees I had the mixed grilled meats and my wife had Falafel platter! Absolutely delicious....fresh and flavorful!!! Pita was made to order right at the front bar and it is undeniably fresh! Overall great experience and a hidden gem for Montclair! Mr Ali one of the owners introduced himself and invited us back! Very nice touch of hospitality indeed...they will be seeing us soon!
What an absolute gem of a place. We placed an order after they were closed, unbeknownst to us, and instead of telling us to take a hike they not only took our order but gave us some extras for free, since they were out of what we ordered.To top it off the manager and all the employees are incredibly friendly and hospitable and genuinely want you to enjoy their products, which are divine.Loyal customers for life.
I accidentally placed an order after they were closed for an item that was out of stock and the manager personally came and delivered me a ton of substitute dessert items!!!!! I am obsessed! So grateful they respected my sweet tooth, will be ordering from here everytime I have a sweet craving now.
This place used to be our FAVORITE every Friday spot to go to or whenever we were craving ice cream or whenever we wanted to treat our dog. We would ALWAYS bring our golden retriever because they welcomed him with open arms. But not today. Today someone new who we've never seen before rejected us and told us we had to leave. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! How do you allow dogs and now all of a sudden dont??? Also mind you there wasn't a single person inside the place. We are paying customers and have been loyal to your place for awhile now. But not after today. And I will make sure all of our friends and family do not ever go here. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE. I feel so disrespected. Dogs are allowed everywhere, get with the times.
